We have had our Juna mattress now for about 3 years. We absolutely love it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Definitely not your typical pushy sales person. They really do want you to get your best sleep.I used to wake up every morning with lower back pain. I haven’t had that in 3 years now. I can honestly say 3 years later this mattress still feels like the day it was delivered. I have recommended Juna to anyone when I get the chance. We have a few friends that have one now. Even my chiropractor bought a Juna after I told him about ours. You won’t regret your investment for better quality sleep.

We ordered a Juna Mattress end of Dec - they delivered it right after new year. We absolutely love this mattress!! The customer service at Juna is BEYOND AMAZING!! Super helpful & very knowledgeable! I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a new mattress to go & check them out. You will not be disappointed!

Truly a new paradigm in mattress technology that extends mattress life and sleep quality. Many patents filed and issued. No risk to try. Years later, if you don't like the feel, they can come back and change it to how you like it-at no charge! Doesn't get higher quality than Juna.

I’ve had my Juna Sleep System (#7) since 2017. I’ve not had one problem, I’ve slept so well and I’ve recommended this bed to many people. I’ve always been amazed at the level of service I had when I first bought my bed, the owner of the company took time with me to find the perfect bed for me. The delivery was totally white glove. The pillows and bedding that came with the bed are also amazing. I will continue to recommend this bed to all of my friends and family!

My wife and I were in the market for a new bed. I had been hearing on the radio about Juna and we had friends who had bought a Juna and so while we were thinking about going to different places we made Juna our first stop. Turns out it was our only stop because we were very impressed with the quality and overall feel of the beds.The Juna salesperson was so knowledgeable in the product and he took us from one bed to the next based on how we felt with the feel of the bed. We were able to land on the best bed that worked for both of us.We felt that when you consider how you can't sacrifice for a good nights rest, the amount of the bed and the ease of the payment system it makes it so easy to make such a great investment.Not only is the product extremely good quality, but the quality of the people at Juna are just as valuable. From the sales department to the creation of the product to the wonderful delivery and installation personnel, they are all top notch.If you are in the market for the best sleep you have had in a long time you owe it to yourself to go and talk to the people at Juna first to see if it is a good fit.

Couldn’t be more happy with our experience. The mattress and overall product is top notch and has really been a game changer for our sleep quality. The cherry on top is how great the team and the service is from the owner, to the salesman (we’ve worked mostly with Brian), to the delivery and setup team. If you’re at all questioning whether it’s “worth it,” it is. You won’t regret it!!

We have purchsed 8 juna beds in our family. We have purchased two from friends over the last eight yearsOur entire family loves the juna. The service provided is worth the cost if your iffy about this bed. They came and completely rebuilt my king and they didnt have to. The warranty is no joke. I love the sheets but they are a bit expensive and they feel great, pillows no experience with, sadly we dont own any. The entire staff is really kind and helpful. Buy the moving bag because the bed is heavy. This bed really is a wonderful night sleep and cozy to cuddle up and read or watch tv. Love it.

Love my Juna Sleep System. Able to raise the head and feet with the remote or use the sound of my voice. Been sleeping so much better since I got this mattress. They delivered my bed and put it all together. Also the process of buying the bed was super easy. Excellent and knowledgeable service!

We had our Juna Sleep System bed delivered today. The purchase process and education about the mattress was fantastic. I have always disliked buying a mattress. But this was much easier and clearer. We were presented all the options and selected a firm bed. Firm is very supportive. Delivery was great, set up was great and they took away our old mattress. We are looking forward to see how much better our sleep will be.

We have had our Juna bed for over 5 years and never have I had a better night’s sleep than on our Juna! The quality has lasted, and it’s as comfortable now as it was the first day. I recently went in to get a pillow, and was greeted with the same excellent customer service this time as well. We will definitely be returning when it’s time to replace the other beds in our home. All i wanted was to buy a mattress and it seemed like i was dealing with a used car lot . I tried contacting them by phone and text, all i got was the "come down and see why we are different" routine. I wanted to buy a mattress not be sold a bed. Whenever "We have no pressure sale!" theres usually pressure. As stated. seemed like a used car lot.*** Edited response, I did not look to buy a matress over the phone, the whole text and phone experience over the phone was passive aggressive "no pressure" Then to act so smug in the response. Hey, i did not like your technique. Nothing to be "taken aback" over. It is just a bed.
