I purchase a microwave from Home Depot which included installation. HD delivered the microwave but when they looked at how the existing microwave was installed, they said they wouldn't be able to uninstall it. That I needed to hire a carpenter to take apart the cupboards to be able to get to the microwave. It didn't make any sense to me, but what do I know.
I contacted Jer's appliance told him the issue. His response was basically, if someone installed it he could uninstall it. I really liked his attitude, so I hired him. Took him less than an hour to uninstall the microwave and install the new one.
All without removing the cupboards.
Will definitely hire again for any appliance work.

Jer’s appliance came out and put in an air conditioner for me and Jer went above to make sure everything was working properly and everything was working and all cleaned up would recommend jer’s appliance and his workmanship!!!! Thank you ?

I had an A/C Repair or Replace job I needed done and had a few local companies out to provide estimates. Jer was one of them.
I was given an estimate and I declined it. Jer called a few times about this estimate and eventually revised it. I did not accept Jer's bid. I ultimately went with a different service provider. When Jer learned I was not going with him, he offered me $100 for a copy of the quote I accepted, as well as photos of the finished work. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me.
I am very glad I did not choose Jer.

Jer's Appliances were very punctual and cordial. They explained fully the problem with the AC and realistic expectations and options available and the process. They were very respectful of my home and I truly appreciated that. The installation crew were great. They also were very respectful of my home and of my family. They cleaned up very well after themselves and allowed me to really enjoy my new AC. They explained everything that they were doing before and after installation. Look no further for one of the best A/C installation companies I have ever done business with. They gave me an acceptable quote to replace both my condenser and air handler and offered the install the next day - WOW that is incredible service. They came out the very next day as scheduled and better than on-time. They were friendly, professional, informative and did the perfect job. This was not an easy install since they had to move my condenser 15 feet away from it's original spot. They did an awesome job and they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Jer's Appliance.

I had an excellent experience with the Jer's Appliance. They made calls to their company to get me the best price including installation of the unit the same day. They delivered as their promise. The AC was installed same day. The technicians were very friendly, respectful and accommodating to do their job. The technicians did not rush to finish the job, they took the time to complete the job properly and securely. I highly recommend this company to do business with them.

This company is amazing. We have their furnace and plumbing protection plan and it is worth it! We've had several service calls and their employees are ALWAYS excellent. Really friendly and they do a great job. I've dealt with a lot of contractors in my work and life and plenty of them drag their feet and don't want to do the work. Jer's has found the good workers who are eager to help and do a great job.I will always recommend them.
