“I had blue peak and I switched over and I just love you guys. The service was fast. The technician was very friendly answered my questions and I’m actually getting a bill from you every month with blue peak. It was 3 1/2 months before I got my first bill and then they wanted it all at once and I’m on a fixed income so I was like baffled go and I don’t understand so I tried to get him to take some off and I think they took off like seven dollars but the bill was like over $200. I’m like wait a minute and they said that they were giving me a $50 plan and it ended up being like 70 something dollars and I don’t do that I have everything planned in my budget because I don’t wanna go broke for a whole month but yeah I like Midco so far so good. “I could not figure out how to set my internet up so I called midco and they were super nice on the phone and I was surprised how quick they got here they came the same day I called maybe only 1 hrs after I called. The guy Jonathan was very nice it's a little difficult to set up my internet here because of where the plugins are so he had to pull out my big couch a little bit and the routers and the bedroom and I need to living room on and it's just weird how the stuff is set up here and the apartment but he went the extra mile to get it done. Seem to really know his stuff he was pretty quick. My baby hid the TV remote and I felt bad having to make him wait for me to find it but he was just super nice about everything very good customer service very good I'm very impressed with this place and the technician they sent out thank you”
“Came into Verizon huffy and puffy because of my previous phone provider and there lack of help (at&t) I had three lines (2 phones, one watch) paying closer to $300 dollars a month. Had called at&t for help they didn't want to help so I said cool I'm going with Verizon, dead silent on the phone and at&t store.Came to Verizon at 6:59pm and it was packed, didn't think I'd get help. But after 5 minutes Justin called my name. I told him I'm with at&t and having issues. He offered to help.I wanted a phone, a tablet, and a watch (something I was trying to do at at&t) he got me approved had everything in stock, and was getting everything set up.8pm the store was closing, Justin and Tom worked for another 30 minutes to get everything working correctly.Justin and Tom, you are amazing, you got great customer service, and great heads on your shoulders. We need more people like you”

“Vast customer on and off for 5 years.
6 years ago: lived in an apartment with Midco as the only option. Then vast hooked up to the apt and I switched. Had problems day 1. Called. No solution. Purchased a top-of-the-line modem/router and that solved it. Apparently, their hardware was trash. Things works as they should have from the beginning.
3y ago: bought a house. Midco was the only option. Was happy. 1 GB for like $75/mo. No downtime.
6 mo-ish ago: Vast installs: $50/mo for 1GB speeds. Worked great for 4 months. Last two months speed has been <-- and connectivity has been spotty. Have restarted and unplugged and yada yada. Same problems, different day. Thinking I've been away from Midco long enough they might offer me the "new customer discount" again. Thinking the extra $25/mo is worth it at this point. Guess you get what you pay for.”
“Unless you really work at it, Bluepeak doesn't take any better care of their loyal long term customers than the new customer just moving into town. More effort should be made by Bluepeak to contact us periodically, rather than the need for us to contact them to see if they have any loyalty DEALS available”
