“I haven't set foot in a Verizon store in over 10 years, but last night (1/11/24) a Google update bricked my Pixel phone. I drove to the nearest Verizon store for some emergency help, and the gentleman there was a rockstar. Helpful. Patient. Pulled out his bag of tricks and got the phone working again. So more than anything, this review is to say "thank you" to that agent. I didn't think to get his name because there was quite a line, but he did great.”

“Kyle came to do my Dish Network installation and actually showed up early. The first thing on the agenda was to show Kyle where the receivers were going to be installed because my equipment location is a little out of the ordinary. Kyle reviewed it and said there should be no problems.Next, we went out to where I anticipated the dish would be installed. My self-having worked with C-Band, Ku-Band, Vsat and other satellite systems, I posed a few technical questions and Kyle had the knowledge and experience to answer them to my satisfaction.The next step was to program the Remotes to control the different TV's.Lastly and most important was to go over the may functions of the Remote. Kyle was very through and patient and would "go back" as often as I needed to memorize some of the less used features of the Remote.Now if you took the time to read my full review, you too will come to the conclusion that DTV Pros provide the finest service around.They get 5 STARS Plus from me.”

“I could not figure out how to set my internet up so I called midco and they were super nice on the phone and I was surprised how quick they got here they came the same day I called maybe only 1 hrs after I called. The guy Jonathan was very nice it's a little difficult to set up my internet here because of where the plugins are so he had to pull out my big couch a little bit and the routers and the bedroom and I need to living room on and it's just weird how the stuff is set up here and the apartment but he went the extra mile to get it done. Seem to really know his stuff he was pretty quick. My baby hid the TV remote and I felt bad having to make him wait for me to find it but he was just super nice about everything very good customer service very good I'm very impressed with this place and the technician they sent out thank you”

“Vast customer on and off for 5 years.

6 years ago: lived in an apartment with Midco as the only option. Then vast hooked up to the apt and I switched. Had problems day 1. Called. No solution. Purchased a top-of-the-line modem/router and that solved it. Apparently, their hardware was trash. Things works as they should have from the beginning.

3y ago: bought a house. Midco was the only option. Was happy. 1 GB for like $75/mo. No downtime.

6 mo-ish ago: Vast installs: $50/mo for 1GB speeds. Worked great for 4 months. Last two months speed has been <-- and connectivity has been spotty. Have restarted and unplugged and yada yada. Same problems, different day. Thinking I've been away from Midco long enough they might offer me the "new customer discount" again. Thinking the extra $25/mo is worth it at this point. Guess you get what you pay for.”

“Came into Verizon huffy and puffy because of my previous phone provider and there lack of help (at&t) I had three lines (2 phones, one watch) paying closer to $300 dollars a month. Had called at&t for help they didn't want to help so I said cool I'm going with Verizon, dead silent on the phone and at&t store.Came to Verizon at 6:59pm and it was packed, didn't think I'd get help. But after 5 minutes Justin called my name. I told him I'm with at&t and having issues. He offered to help.I wanted a phone, a tablet, and a watch (something I was trying to do at at&t) he got me approved had everything in stock, and was getting everything set up.8pm the store was closing, Justin and Tom worked for another 30 minutes to get everything working correctly.Justin and Tom, you are amazing, you got great customer service, and great heads on your shoulders. We need more people like you”

“I have internet from BP so I cannot speak for the TV service. The price, speed and quality of the internet is unbeatable. It's the best bang for your buck. The service has always been great and I never have to hassle with contracts like I did with Midco. I've been a happy customer for nearly 10 years.”
