I’ve gotten 2 trucks through imperial and I have no complaints. I’ve only had to have a few minor repairs on the vehicle i currently have through them and they gave me parts needed at cost which is nice. When I needed my last vehicle I was in serious medical debt and couldn’t afford much but they worked with me and helped me get the vehicle I wanted.

John is a great guy. I told him my situation and he was very upfront and honest about everything and he really helped me out when nobody else would. They are the only place that didn’t make me feel bad about the situation I was in. John listens to everything and treated me with respect and was very friendly. Very happy customer and I look forward to doing business with them again.
