Sales are good but prices could be a lot better. The organization of the staff at the store definitely needs work My guess is that the manag ers in the upper employees aren't trained very well.

Today I dropped cottage cheese and it broke and went all over the aisle. We found a team member to help us and he assured us it was no big deal and he would clean it up. I was so embarrassed I got out of there and I didn’t stop to get his name. I love coming to this Hyvee but today I had a great experience that led me to leave a review.

It is a smaller HyVee, the store was dated. We still found most of what we stopped for and the employees were friendly.

Terrible service ! Called the manager on duty to let them know my card got skimmed . Told them the date , the time and the amount. He told me he didn’t believe me and that this kind of thing doesn’t happen at that store . He said he has never received a call like this before . He told me I must have bought something and I don’t remember! Terrible!

Ate at Wahlbergers, food great. Hamburger was terrible. Could tell it had been frozen and hard as a rock. Also no flavor in the meat.
Will not do that again. I will also tell friends. Tell Donny needs some changes.

I had a very poor experience in the gas station adjacent to the store a couple of years ago but have been stopping pretty regularly at night and occasionally to grab a coffee in the main store since. The customer service experience has improved drastically. There's a customer service manager who will take a few minutes to say hi and check on your experience that evening. There are some very friendly cashiers who I see and chat with, and I always love my experience getting coffee with the regular barista. My youngest loves the kid carts. I haven't seen the employee who was a nightmare in quite a while so I am guessing they've moved on. Prices seem a little higher in the store, however, it's a smaller store compared to others and it may be the selection is limited. In any case, it's nice to have a neighborhood grocery store that has made some much needed adjustments.
