I came in to grab some groceries around 3pm on a Wednesday thinking it probably won't be busy, I was wrong and that's fine. I got to the front, waited in a long line and was checked out by Mark. As I'm handicapped and using the motorized cart, I couldn't reach the divider to separate my things from the woman ahead of me so I left plenty of space on the conveyor belt. Mark seemed frustrated with me for not using it so I apologized and explained I couldn't reach it. He ignored me. I proceeded to put my card in to pay while he rang me up. He never asked for my phone number for points and just printed my receipt and handed it to me. I had several things my discount would have saved money on as the order was over $100. He looked it over and said it didn't have any items that looked like I could have saved money for and started ringing up the next person. I won't shop here again.

This is the second time the manager Steve is being rude and disrespectful to me, I asked him for help today ( I was very nice ) and he just should not have that position, Hy-Vee usually take care of customers that’s why I like to go there but who wants to keep going to a place who even the manager is offensive and not willing to provide help ??

Ok so today I went and got my snacks like I do every Monday. I like self check out because I don't like how my groceries are sent don't to be bagged.. you don't roll energy drinks... that shakes them up.. now it if were to drink them they will spray all over my car. Also I don't like two other people touching my stuff after I got them in my cart. I dont know when they washed their hands. I dont like people touching my food. I do pay with cash or card because I make cash tips. So please don't punish the ones that don't steal. I've been coming to that store for 20 years

Just went by to grab some Asian food from the frozen food section. I opened the door, stepped forward. And stepped in a huge dirty puddle of water. There was no warning signs or wet floor signs up. It wasn't just this freezer. Had to finish my shopping with a wet slimy foot. So disgusting. I had to ask someone who worked there to grab what I needed as I could not reach it with huge pool of water. He said "yeah, they refuse to fix or get new freezers". Just letting everyone know incase someone falls that the store is completely aware and sounds like a chronic issue. Hopefully I don't get some gross foot fungus.

I recently visited Hy-Vee with the intention of picking up some veggie meat and baby formula. The store's layout was impressively neat and well-organized, which made navigating the aisles easy and enjoyable. However, I found that the toy section was quite expensive, and the baby formula was particularly costly compared to other supermarkets. Despite the pleasant shopping environment, the higher prices on these items might be a concern for some shoppers.

Your pharmacy is all rude, extremely rude. Also, they need help it shouldnt be over a hour wait and they pick and choose customers they know by name to give the best service to. The manager at this pharmacy is so beyond rude. She purposely talks over me and an extremely rude tone. Ivd tried to pick my antibiotics up 4 times from them. I've gotten multiple excuses why they aren't ready. When i asl for them, she says "oh i don't have them." Then i explained she goes "ope yep there right here," like what?!?
