Have a premium Isles on Line account. Placed an order, waited 30 minutes inline only to be told "we misplaced your order, you can wait another 30+ minutes or we can deliver to you within the same timeframe." 1 1/2 hour now and no delivery. Don't waste your money.

This is a totally decked out Hy-Vee. Liquor store, deli/hot cooked food, plus full grocery store. Stopping here made it easy to simply stock our Airbnb for a more economical (and less fast food loaded) 3 day stay in Sioux Falls. I was happy to find smaller sizes of milk so we could have cereal in the morning without having to waste extra before hitting the road again.

Went today to pick up a few items had approximately 12 items to check. Lines were long at check outs so I reluctantly used self check out. Did realize that the person help bag was also in charge of self check out. During my check out process it said we needed to wait for assistance 4 times. 2 of the times it must have resolved its self and the other two times we had to wait for someone to come over and enter their code. She did this after she got done bagging someone groceries. This is one of the exact reasons I hate using self check.

Fuel-saver is a complete joke!! I had .21 cents on my fuel-saver…and it never took it off. Wouldn’t give me anything back. Have to call customer service!? Really? Never have had any issues with it at any other store and the manager there is a piece of work too! Awful experience…never going back to that gas station again!

The last 7 (yes I said 7) times I have used online shopping and picked up my items, there has been an issue. Sometimes they aren’t done shopping yet and I would wait 15 or so minutes, or sometimes they will give me half of the groceries and then I have to call them and they will deliver the other half. It has not gone smoothly. Please get this figured out.

Everything says they are open till midnight. Including the sign on their door but we went there at 11 and the place was closed up. Not cool.

Had a terrible experience last Friday the checker missed one of my coupons the receipt wasn't readable so I had to go to customer service Kylie came over to help me started there to get the receipt printed and then walked away had to wait another 10 minutes for someone else to come and help me then I had to wait in line again to have someone reimburse me I'm going back to 57th and cliff for Hy-Vee store

Good selection of beer, wine, and liquor. They don't do growler films anymore, but frankly I never really came here for that. Check the date on the beers in the mix \\u0026 match section, it tends to be an expired beer graveyard.
