Pharmacy feels like it's gone downhill since a change in staff. Wait times are ridiculously long. Some staff are helpful and easy to ask questions while some give the tone of coldness and that you're wasting their time. Miss the old pharmacists. I have been with Hyvee for over 15 years. I'm sure I'll be changing pharmacies in the near future.

Usually not a big fan of this pharmacy. Always long wait. Have to stand there and wait physically so you don't feel like they will forget about you. This time they were awesome. Only had 10 minutes to get here from doctors before closing. Lisa said we will make sure you get it before we closed. Really glad they came through. Austin even gave me more instructions that were very helpful when taking medicine. Very much appreciated.

I’m new to this pharmacy I recently moved from Lewis pharmacy. I was expecting hyvee to be the same customer service level as Lewis but they are no where near Lewis. I regret picking hyvee as a pharmacy my prescription is never ready and they will say will be ready in 25 minutes and will go back they will change it to the next day. It’s like they don’t care for the customer noMatter how important the prescription to the person is. Will never be picking hyvee as a pharmacy again. I just changed my pharmacy. Thanks hyvee keep up the good work.

I use to enjoy this pharmacy for its location and friendly staff. However, my insurance forced me to switch for a couple of years. I am again back at this location and very disappointed. The support staff is still amazing! Thank you for keeping a smile on your faces, I know it can be a challenge! However, both the day and evening pharmacists have continually been rude and unhelpful. I do 90-day and repeat refills as much as possible to reduce trips and save money. Sometimes the difference on a 90-day refill vs a 30-day is the equivalent of a 30-day refill or very near. However, when requesting updates to this I have continually had pushback and even been made to feel like I did something wrong for asking. More recently, I ran out of a prescription on repeat refill while waiting for enough for a 90-day refill (I only had enough for 60 days because of a previous 30-day error) and than still received a 30-refill.

We use this pharmacy almost exclusively. They are willing to go the extra mile for us. I think their customer service is great.

This review is meant to bring attention to Hyvee management. I am not sure if it is just this location, or if others are doing the same, but I stopped to pick up a few things and decided on some good ole Hy-Chi (Hyvee Chinese for those who may not know) and am seriously disappointed with the biodegradable to go containers. I understand trying to be more eco-friendly, but this container left my food with a cardboard taste and I had to keep a plastic bag under it because the container it felt weak and that my food may fall through the container. Again, not a huge deal and I respect trying to be more eco-friendly, but I feel these containers miss the mark and think it is going to cause more issues for Hyvee than are necessary.

this is the second time the market grill has let me down!!!! i wanted to try the unlimited wings and frys or tots it took a half hour for my first round of 6 wings and a plate of fries to show and when i placed a reorder, i waithed an hour but it never came. i spent $15 on 6 wings and a plate of fries. i would have been better off with 6 for unlimited salad bar or unlimited Chinese.... it really upsets me that the customer service at lunch is horrible!!!

Sul, is the most helpful and friendliest manager !!! I had a self righteous cashier tell me my .50 off gas coupon didn't take because I bought some wine !! This is only after I looked at my receipt she took the coupon and didn't bother to tell me. I got home and thought how butt stupid that was !!! I called and Sul made everything right ! YAY Sul !!
