Well I’m not too happy with the pharmacy because we called them to see if I could get a couple of samples of the oxybutnin that I was out of. They asked if I made an appointment to see a doctor. We said we’re working on it. So they told us that we could get a couple of samples to get me through till. So I got to the store and they said they can’t do that. Before they said they could. They shouldn’t tell me that they can do it when they can’t. Honestly is the best policy but not for them apparently. I’m looking elsewhere for a better pharmacy.

Went there Sunday to get flu shot and asked about next round of COVID booster. Said we tried signing up online but it showed unavailable. The pharmacist was on a call and yelled across counter, we aren't taking walk-ups just appointments. Tried explaining but totally ignored. So we left. Don't need attitude giving me a shot.

South Sycamore is NOT like the other hyvees I have been to before. Watch your reciepts!!!! Sale prices or coupons don't come off. Don't expect any customer service either and if you think asking for the manager(s) to help Well that's just as bad!!!! Worse place I have ever seen from the pharmacy to frozen to management

Racist a** B*tches. I simply say don’t shop while BLACK! When I say slow service I mean management is quick to jump to conclusions and slow AF to follow procedures

Hy-Vee is not taking affirmative action to require masks or social distancing in response to covid-19. Although a sign is posted suggesting mask use, it appears that less than half of customers use masks and there is no additional evidence of encouragement to use masks to help keep the premises safe. The responsible alternative for the the business is to require social distancing and mask use on their premises to protect employees, customers, and the food and products being sold. Many local and national responsible retailers have taken this action while we are facing a public health crisis. It is time to support those alternatives. Find a safer alternative for shopping
