I’ve had nothing but extremely positive experiences with this pharmacy. There is a massive shortage on my ADHD meds, the staff is so great at getting what I need. Very fast unlike other pharmacies, super kind. I can’t say anything negative! I would highly recommend trying this pharmacy if you need a new one! Much better than other Hy-Vee locations in town as well!

All the staff that I've interacted with at this locations pharmacy has been mediocre at best. Then on my last visit they were down right rude. Thanks for finally pushing me to switch my prescriptions the place down the road.

During busy times, you should probably have more than one person at the customer service counter helping people. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting to mail a package-never got it mailed. However a manager could manage to come over and cash out lottery tickets but couldn’t manage to help those waiting to mail things. So much for helpful smiles.

This place on 3-21-2023 was turning people away even older people that really needed there meds and ordered them in morning and by 6pm still said they don't have there truck in so if you really need meds do not I repeat do not go to these piles what a joke

I’m very sorry for not believing in you. It was due to my past experience on the internet. Your powers are in need compare to none Dr kokobi, indeed you are a great and powerful man and above all you are a straightforward Dr unlike others who took my money and never gave me what I wanted. Had an asiles online order for pick up at7:30. Got the text that it was ready. Arrived sent Here text waited 25 minutes and nothing. Went inside no one in the asiles office. Had to wait for a store manager. She said they don't have anything to do with that and I would have to come back tomorrow. I don't live a block away that I can just stop by when they feel like getting my groceries. Very disappointing. I just want my money back so I can shop elsewhere.

Ordered from the mealtimes to go tonight. Normally we love Hy-Vee but we won’t be ordering thru this service again. Our sushi was clearly not freshly made. Worse than that is our potstickers were frozen solid. We called in to ask if the potstickers always come frozen and we were told no, but to just microwave them and they’d be fine. No offer to fix the problem or refund our money. Very disappointing.

I just ordered and picked up from their curbside deliver a 2 entree Chinese meal. It came with 2 chicken egg rolls, sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, lo mein, and a fortune cookie for a REALLY low price. I arrived at 4:48 pm for a 4:50 pm pickup. I called the number given to say I had arrived and literally within 2 minutes the food was delivered to my car by a smiling (behind her mask) young lady. And it was still nice and hot when I returned to my hotel. And all of the food tasted great. Strongly recommend this store and the curbside option.

Huge thank you to HyVee on Marion for going above and beyond with fixing the debacle of my Door Dash delivery of groceries. The two young men I spoke with over the phone in Isles Online fixed everything and made sure my groceries were delivered. Wonderful job! Thank you so much!
