Sanford really needs to upgrade their ER Parking.It is extremely small with limited places to park.Once filled it is very tight trying to get through it.

Appreciated the skillful team here. The TSA style screening seemed very unnecessary and cumbersome. The building feels a bit tired/old. Visited a friend at the Avera ER, and it was a much nicer experience since you could walk in like a normal human.
