Sloppy work. Daryl was hired by a third party vendor to install ceramic tile at my store. While it wasn’t his fault the company provided him with the wrong tiles, but his installation was so sloppy. He installed tiles with corners broken off, although there was an entire pallet of spare tiles, the tiles were not spaced evenly, there is glue and or grout all over the surrounding tiles. There are gaps between some tiles where grout was not applied at all. The tiles are also not laid flat so customers will still catch their toe on the edge of the tile and stumble. There was a miscommunication as to the time and date he was to be there to install the tile so we needed to reschedule in order to have someone with a key on site with him. He was extremely rude and yelled at my staff members. Overall terrible experience. Fingers crossed our maintenance company doesn’t send him in for any sort of handyman services again.

They were awesome! Daryl was a true professional. I tried to hire movers to move my moms furniture into a nursing home, but no one had an open slot. I explained my issue to Daryl and he made time for me even though he had commitments already. He is a gentleman and a true professional. Darryl worked on our garbage disposal and some minor electrical for us. He was great with responsiveness to communication, was quick at the job, gave some options for fixing our issues, and was great to work with. He also work a mask which we really appreciate. Called to have them do some repair work on a rental I own. The work was done quickly and was very reasonable. They took the time to repair it without buying all new stuff which was much appreciated. Absolutely 100% recommend

Our fence collapsed in winter. Honey helped us fix it twice temporarily and came back for a permanent fix in spring. Very neat work. They are very responsive. Whenever I call them, or text them, they always respond. Will work with them again when needed. Thank you, Darrel!
