I greatly enjoyed this place. Even though I was bumbling through the sip and save menu, the employee didn’t seem to be angry at me, and instead productively helped me through the menus! The interior also looks pretty good and the place is clean. Overall great place!

Went through the car wash Amex declined which I know isn't true--I could buy a pretty nice start home with it. So I paid cash and it gave me $5 of my $8 change. It said to print the receipt so I could show the cashier. No receipt printed. Fine...I call the store.Kendall the 'Assistant Manger' answers. I explain and she say to come in, you're welcome, and hangs up. LIke...I never said thank you to begin with...I was about to tell her the LED display doesn't work either. Whatever, maybe she's busy. So I go in and I'm frustrated at this point. Card reader isn't working, receipt printer not working, LED on timer not working, and the worst excuse for customer service I've ever encountered. I told her maybe next time say 'Sorry about the wash; I'll bring those items to the attention of the store manager' or whatever she can manage to spit out. She just looked at me and said 'yeah'.Kendall has no business being in a customer service position. Look at your reviews, Circle K. I know help is hard to find but you can do better than a warm body. You have 2.7 stars out of 5. You have a newly remodeled building and the means to have a 5 star rating. That will never happen as long as you employ people that don't care. There's a car wash on every corner. Not only did you lose my car wash business, you lost ALL of my business. I'm just a little fish in the pond but keep treating people like this--nobody is too big to fail. Enjoy the last of my money you'll ever see again.

Stopped in this morning for a coffee and was very happy to see they had Black Rifle Coffee Company items in the cooler as it's my go to coffee of choice. Husband and son said their breakfast sandwichs were nice and hot and satisfying. Plenty of snack options. The whole place seemed very clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff was friendly. The only request I would have is to have one gf hot option for food but I get that it's hard for a lot of places to do that. Beyond that, I had a good experience here.

Had the male clerk check my Mega Millions lottery ticket and asked him to “run it and see if it is a winner and also give a another ticket for tonight’s drawing”. I already knew it was a $4 winner as I checked the numbers the previous night and had the 6th number. He ran the ticket, laid my ticket off to the side and gave me my new ticket. Never said a word about it being a $4 winner. How many others could this be happening to??Be careful out there people!

This gas station is amazing, don't believe the haters. It's a beautiful Oasis of gas station perfection. The variety they offer, and the friendly cashiers are just two of the things I like.

Horrible customer service! The manager cares more about 27 cents for a ice in a cup the customer brought in than maintaining a customer for life. I would have been happy to pay (which I did) if the customer experience had shown any interest in me but he was rude and had zero interest in customer retention, only in ensuring he got his 27cents which I am not charged at other stations when I bring in my own cup. It won't take more than 1 tank of gas to lose that 27 cents back in purchases I will never make at this store.

I'm at 1927 w57th in sioux falls sd right now 9/1/16 8:01pm...the attendent that's working right now, was very rude and disrespectful! I took a video for backup. Let's see what happens!
