I don’t normally post reviews based on customer service of people that don’t know any better, but this was pathetic. I asked the cashier how his night was and his response was “been better”. After hearing his seemingly horrible situation about another employee calling in sick and how he had to do all the work (even though he was sitting on the curb outside smoking when I pulled up), I tried to make positive conversation, like saying “we all have to work hard at times, but it’s good for us”. The nasty looks, handling of my merchandise, delivery of my change, and lack of response when I said “I hope it gets better”, and “thank you, have a great night”, were uncalled for and made me regret stopping at the store.This person should not be in a position that deals directly with customers as he lacked social skills, ability to adapt, and understanding of of good customer service, regardless of his demand to “work hard”! I understand good help is hard to find these days but I wouldn’t recommend this guy to my biggest competitor! Hopefully he’s found something different and has found an easier position next time I stop. All I have to do is look for the overworked guy sitting on the curb out front.

Been here many times but will no longer be coming here. Almost always have issues at the gas pumps. Most recently hit the call button to talk to an attendant who advised me to come inside to prepay. After waiting inside, the cashier was having issues allowing me to pay inside so looped in who I presume to be the manager. The manager looked at me and just said “What’s your problem?”. I’m not expecting a five-star hotel greeting at a gas station but yikes! Ended up just telling me to go back out and try again so was really not helpful at all. I think an AI chat bot could have provided a better customer experience than whatever they were doing.

I was helped by this nice young man he is very friendly and has great customer service I think his name was Ren or something like that. He said he was the overnight shift lead. I was able to find what I was looking for because he helped! He has a great personality and funny jokes! I will definitely be coming back

I just left this store, 9:37am on Thursday morning (5/19/22). I bought 3 red bulls because you have signs up saying its buy 2 get 1 free. When I get to the register I was charged over $9! Clerk says they're not on sale anymore. I tell her you still have the signs up. She says "oh really, I'll go take them down". How bout the clerks take them down before selling them and how bout you honor your advertised price????? It's not my fault you didnt take the signs down. Remind me not to shop at your place of business anymore

I had to drive up to 3 different pumps before they would let me pay inside! Service and friendliness has gone south since transition from Holiday. Stinky water to clean windshield not the great bug cleaning solution Holiday had.

Lots of problems with carwash, they don't seem to care. My pickup was all rattling and thrown around there, felt like the pulling mechanism is defective and scratched tires too, according to some reviews you may end up with punctured tires as well.

Car wash track that you have to drive through for the wash punctured the sidewall on my tire. Had to have it towed to the shop. Won't be back here for any reason

TL;DR Terrible customer service with no sense of delegation or priorities. Upper management must be lost.It’s incredible every time I stop here, no matter the time of day, I am having to wait in-line. Yet plenty of cashiers (maybe managers?) standing around talking or nonchalantly stocking the store… with a line of 7 people that is unacceptable by any standard. Now to the staff. if crystal is in any type of leadership position it should be stripped with the quickness. That girl is the opposite of customer service. And I have a hunch the rest of the staff follow her lead of not caring. I am sure it all starts at the very top, since this store has been this way for at least 6 months now. I would drive the extra mile or two to Circle K on Minnesota. Much better ran.

Gas, Groceries, beverages, deli food, household items are available. Nice store with helpful employees.

Love this place! I love on the east side but will always go to this store for the coffee! The employees are always great for a quick smile in the morning!
