We had a shattered sunroof and they replaced it quickly and very reasonably priced too! They’re such kind people and took care of us and answered all my questions - shattered it on the weekend and they answered my texts within an hour!

I had a large dent in the back of my truck through someone hitting and running.I contacted a few other places before finally contacting Heavy D's.When I got on the phone to Derek he was patient and thorough. I never felt rushed and I never found as if someone was trying to sell me their services. He was informative and really took time to go through the whole process with me.Prices for work was reasonable and they accomplished it within the time period we set.Furthermore Derek and his brother dropped my car to the airport so that we could have a ride for the kids when they got home after our vacation.I don't think I could have asked for better service.Incidentally the paint job they did was flawless. I was on my way back to Sioux City after working in Sioux Falls for the day. I accidentally smacked a ballard with the front bumper of my work truck at a gas station close by. I pulled up and Derrick was great, offered to help me out even though his puller was put away for remodeling. Got me home safe, Thanks!

Wish I could give less than one star. Took my parts and money so he could start a project, knew that I needed it done by summer. 6 months later and hasn't even started yet. Will never take anything here again and will definitely let everyone I know about the service.
