Highly recommend Hard Tops Of South Dakota. The bottom of my tub cracked unexpectedly and I thought I would need to replace it ($$$). However, I was referred to Hard Tops of South Dakota and he far exceeded my expectations!! He showed up the same day and fixed the crack. He finished the job so well, you can't even see there was ever a crack!! Hard Tops of South Dakota was very professional, competent, reasonably priced, and did an EXCELLENT job!!

This was a great experience and was done very quickly. I know where the damage was in the tub that was repaired. After this process was finished I couldn't tell at all where it was. There was zero indication of where the damage was.

Amazing work. Resurfaced our tub from some damaged fiberglass. Turned out great! Cheaper and faster than replacing the whole tub. Very happy with the results.

Air bubbles in the finish. Blond hair in the finish (guy who did it had long blond hair). Called and never received a response. The invoice was for a 3rd more than the estimate. DON'T USE THEM.

Showed up three weeks late for the job. Unable to do the work he said he could do. Unprofessional in all aspects of business charges more than what he bid the job and complained the apartment building that was just completely remodeled was not clean enough. we had a professional cleaning team clean all the apartments after remodel and he still complained it was to dirty to work If you hire him make sure the whole house is spotless and not a spec of dust or pollen in the air. I also found out that he just purchased the business on Jan 1 2019 He does not know what he is doing!!!! Beware.

The lady answering your phones is doing your company a great disservice and losing you business. She is grumpy and crotchety and very short and rude. I called twice about a tub and was told they would look at it when they had time. I heard nothing for two weeks, so I called back and she told be that they didn't have time to "look at things, they were busy getting things done" and then hung up. Horrible customer service. No one can tell what a great job you may do if they can't get through your very rude customer-facing front end! I went with a Sioux City company instead. I would rather pay more and not be treated so rudely. For your sake, I hope she retires soon!
