I am so over this place. I have been doing business with them for probably 20 years as a dog groomer. Always been reliable and I'm always happy to support a smaller business as opposed to ordering from Amazon. Multiple times, I have had parts for my clippers shipped with gallons of shampoo with no padding. So, my parts to put in the clippers are all beat up-- they are delicate parts so it is idiotic to package it in the same box as gallons of shampoo with no padding. Furthermore, I was told when I returned my bather box that as soon as the label was scanned at UPS, Groomer's choice would immediately mail the replacement so I didn't have a long wait. I cannot do business without the replacement or redoing the entire bathing/plumbing setup. I coordinated this to not interfere with doing business. Well, I find out today it didn't even ship even though I shipped mine back. Had I not called, it would still be sitting somewhere. I don't know what is going on but I am so disappointed in how terrible the customer service has gotten with this company. I have asked to speak with a manager both through email and on the phone three separate times and nobody calls me back. What a disgrace. One person had the audacity to tell me they "can't afford to put extra padding" around the delicate clipper parts when they mail them. That is ridiculous. "We're sorry you experienced that" over and over doesn't fix the mess you cause for my business. It's businesses that behave like this that force us to do business with Amazon instead. DONE!

Customer service has dropped drastically. Used to be great customer service. Absolutely horrible customer service now. Been a customer for almost 15 years. Unacceptable

Unreliable. I had my order canceled and was never even notified. It's completely unacceptable to leave a shop waiting for an order that's never coming.

awful customer service; sent the wrong product. i called and asked for the correct product and they said they’d express ship it to us immediately. waited two weeks and never got the item. called again and they said they refunded my card, and never shipped it out? the item is in stock so there’s no reason for all of the issues and delays. the representatives are incompetent and rude. offered no resolution or compensation for the inconvenience other than re sending it again on the third time of me asking.. i’ll order from someone else who will get it right the first time without having to harass them to send me what i asked for.

Not a very good paying job. For what they are selling product at you think they could pay a living wage. Wont recommend this place to anyone looking for a good paying job.

Amazing customer service. Super fast shipping. I got my order the next day!! Also, they covered the extra shipping charges because I ordered with the wrong carrier. USPS can't do a gallon, so they paid the additional charges for UPS.

Just horrible customer service. I ordered from Canada and they charged me $16 US for what they called "the shipping charge". 3 weeks after I got my package I also got a bill from UPS asking to pay the shipping! After I emailed Groomers Choice customer rep, they said that original "shipping" charge was actually for "item shipping out from our facility" and I still have to pay UPS on my own.In the first email from them they asked me for "shipping" fee, and said that they don't cover customs but never mentioned that I will also be charged for actual shipping by UPS.Anyone from anywhere outside from US NEVER should order from them.
