My fiancé and I just picked up our engagement that ring we designed with Greenberg’s. We couldn’t be happier! From start to finish; they made the entire process easy and fun! I had some repair work needed on my wedding set purchased at Greenberg’s in 1998 and Torri was amazing! She answered all my questions and “held my hand” as I navigated the emotions of deciding to upgrade instead of repairing it. She was so patient, kind, friendly and honest about all my options! I’m so grateful to her and Greenberg’s will definitely have a customer for another 22 years!!

Not enough stars on here to give! From start to finish customer service was above and beyond and my engagement ring is beyond words of stunning! I traveled 3 hours from out of state to shop Greenberg’s large in-person selection at their Sioux Falls store. Destiny V. helped me find 3 everyday-wear rings at an absolute STEAL of a deal. I was further impressed with Greenberg’s Sioux Falls commitment to my satisfaction. Destiny kept me updated throughout the whole process, and was even able to get my rings back to me after sending them in for resizing very quickly, even in time for my Thanksgiving celebrations despite a very busy Black Friday & Holiday season for them! They worked with my budget and went above and beyond to find me many options within my price range and provided me with an individualized financing option that fit my needs to the fullest. I am so thankful for Destiny and the Greenberg’s Sioux Falls team and their hospitality, I will most definitely be returning for all my future jewelry purchases!Thank you Destiny & Greenberg’s SF!

Destiny and the Greenberg staff are great to work with. They are knowledgeable and personable and are not pushy like other jewelers when it comes to selling you something which I greatly appreciate. My husband purchased my wedding ring at a jewelry store that is now closed. When my ring needed to be repaired and sized down, I wanted to find a family owned jeweler that I could trust as much as my previous jeweler. I decided to go to Greenberg’s because of the staff handling my jewelry needs with care even though my ring was not purchased at their store.I picked up my ring today and it looks brand new! The fine work and professionalism of this store continues to be the reason I visit the Sioux Falls store and recommend jewelry repairs by them.

Jon and Torri are the absolute best!! So patient, respectful, not pushy what so ever, and we were able to find an even BETTER ring than we initially wanted - all within our budget! We have shopped all over Sioux Falls at nearly every store and came back to Greenbergs a year after our first visit because of Torri and her beautiful personality and hard work with our many visits and requests. 10/10 store and wonderful people who work there!! Can’t recommend them enough!

Destiny was amazing with her communication. She was easy to reach out to and she replied quickly! Was always there to offer a helping had whether that was on the ring buying process, sizing, cleaning, soldering and information about the Jewlers guild. I highly recommend her and Danette!

I couldnt be happier with my experience at Greenbergs. I was uneasy and nervous starting the process but Victor made me feel right at home and relaxed through the whole thing. He taught me what to look for in an engagement ring, brought me out to the parking lot to see how different lighting affects the shine of the diamond, and all angles of how to select the ring I wanted forever. There was no pressure to “close the sale”. I went to one other store after Greenbergs to check things out and knew right away that I was heading back to Greenbergs. She said yes! She loves her ring and we couldnt be happier.
