Poor customer service. My wife deposited my pay check on Monday June 19th via the night drop box. The deposit didn't show up in our account. She left emails and voice messages, none of which were returned. Finally today (six working days later) after being placed in queue for over 30 minutes, a live person answered! That person could see that the check had been accounted for in the night deposit box, but doesn't know where it went. She would get back to us. Later she did call my wife back, and said a clerical error was made, and the check was deposited into someone else's account. The problem should be resolved in about five minutes. Sure enough, the correct amount appeared in our account! No apologies, no real explanation. Moral to the story - watch your account like a hawk, and pay attention. Because they aren't.

Customer service needs a lot of work. Waiting for 2 days to get a return call to get a debit card ordered because fraud team couldn't order one. Several phone calls and not one returned call. Extremely disappointing service

When they bought Great Western thing took a definite turn for the worst. Lobby closed at 4pm instead of 5pm, not enough tellers at the windows to handle the customers after 4 pm and now there is no Saturday morning service at all.Literally everything is worse now except for the employees themselves.

Well I’m a disable vet and it is difficult to get in and out of vehicles with have only one leg .. the bank down town was making me go inside bank instead of letting me use the drive up window to cash a check that is from there .. I think

The Not so Great Western Bank charges $5:00 to cash a check from their clients customers who need to cash there. The entity's that have their accounts in Western are unaware that the bank fleeces there customers $5.00 and the $$ goes to the bank. Poor business practice. No need for this, just avoided opening an account for my business here due to this practice.
