I have been working with Joy at the 57th & Cliff branch for about two years now, and she is the absolute best! She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She takes the time to understand what her clients need to make sure that everything she does for them is accurate. She is patient and willing to go above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of. Thank you, Joy!

Frustrated. First set of debit cards received never worked because the automated line hung up before letting me set a pin, twice. New actual First Interstate cards come and they were unable to process my request and I got hung up on. Called the client services number on the back of the card and was put on hold for 47 minutes and then told the card was activated and to call back the number (that didn’t work last time) to set a pin. Called and to no surprise got the same message that they were unable to process my request at this time and then said goodbye? It would be one thing if this happened once but I’m frustrated with the possibility that I may never be able to use a debit card from this bank because they won’t let me set a pin. Also a little strange that there aren’t deposit slips in the drive through and I was asked if I wanted a copy of my balance after a cash deposit. When I had to put my info down on scratch paper yes I want at least a little proof that the hundreds of dollars I just “deposited” actually went into my checking.

I was in a panic today needing help printing statements back to the first of the year & a woman very nicely helped me & went above & beyond as far as to get me the scans of the check that I was looking for. Maureen provided excellent life and wedding saving service & Ty was also a huge help in the process ! This is the kind of above & beyond service that you would hope to receive :)

The people that work here are very nice and helpful, despite what other reviews say, whenever I cash a check I never receive a $5 fee. Their customer service goes above and beyond. You can truly tell many of the employees aren't just there to get money, they truly care about the customer. I have never had a bad experience in the years I've been going here.

No app for business accounts and charge 5$ to cash a check from someone who banks there. Rediculous!

This is the branch I always go to because there is actual people there to help you instead of talking to someone through a screen! Most of the time I use the drive up and have had good experiences-one person in particular remembers me each time I visit.
