I went to this bank this morning because online banking was no longer showing one of my accounts. Your teller Isaac was able to display online banking on my phone - which I don't use - and found in settings that the one account was no longer checked. When checked it appeared. He took quite a while to get the screens to come up. He could have just said "check your settings", but he did that for me. Am very grateful for the service.

If I could give it a zero I would! I loved Great Western! Was with them for over 10 yrs. Then the merger with First Interstate happened and it has been a complete NIGHTMARE! System fails constantly! ATM runs out of money! Customer service is horrendous! If you can't trust your bank PULL YOUR MONEY OUT!!!

So far this merger has been a nightmare. Can't access our online account info and been on hold a half hour as i write this.I loved great western, but now seeing this bank is headquartered in California and owned by Wells Fargo has led us to look for a bank that is local and will fit our needs better.Keeping our money and savings far away from both.I am sure the bank personel in town is still pleasant to work with and the merger isn't any of their fault.But I wouldn't recomend business with this merger bank.

Called several times on a Saturday to three different stores no one answers! called friend that works for Greatwestern he told me they wont answer on Saturdays cause there lazy, I finally got someone to answer after calling for over a 45 min period.... Dissatisfied cause this wasn't just one store it was three...... tells me this goes higher then just the tellers and managers on the weekends

I had my bank account hacked, and nothing was done in the 5 months to unlock my bank account.
