So far this merger has been a nightmare. Can't access our online account info and been on hold a half hour as i write this.I loved great western, but now seeing this bank is headquartered in California and owned by Wells Fargo has led us to look for a bank that is local and will fit our needs better.Keeping our money and savings far away from both.I am sure the bank personel in town is still pleasant to work with and the merger isn't any of their fault.But I wouldn't recomend business with this merger bank.

Been using for over 16 years. For thw most part happy. Only problems ive had are usually becouse I screwed something up. Good bank and I like the new video tellers. Very personable.

I lost my card but I can still use the drive thru when it’s open to have access to my money. The tellers are very friendly and helpful. I’ve been with this bank for maybe 20 years and have never had any issues. They may not have temporary cards but I’ve only lost my card twice in that many years. I can still take money out of my account at the drive thru and pay my bills with bill pay. No interruptions with paying bills and getting cash.

Logged into their app one day and it said “you have no valid account with us”. I guess they closed it because I didn’t put money in it for like a month? Pretty sad

I really don't even want to give this bank a star due to the lack of empathy. My account overdrew and I made a deposit that same night but because it was not a ''bank error" they refused to remove the fee. I begged her to talk to the manager and she confirmed that the managermanager to remove the fee because per bank policy they could but don't have to.

Get your stinking ATM and auto teller machines working, both have been out of service for the last few weeks every time I go after work when your lobby is already closed.

My card was stolen and they don't have temporary cards, or atm access codes without card. And I was stuck without my money for about 2 weeks which is ridiculous
