We live out of town, so called ahead to ask if they would take a headboard and they said yes. So we load it up, drive it to town and then the person at the donation door says they won't take the queen size headboard because they have too many. Go inside, and all I see is a kids twin sized headboard. Guess I won't bring my stuff here anymore. They are beyond rude.

Typical Goodwill. Overprices, etc. But check your receipt! I just realized they'd been charging me $3.50 for a Monster Energy drink.They finally lowered the prices on shoes a few months ago, but that didn't last long. Now they're back to being Savers. Oops, meant Goodwill, haha. Greed.

Showed up ten minutes before close and they looked directly at us. The person turned and ignored us when we were trying to donate things.

Store was clean, but a very poor selection of items. Plus, there were no sections, everything was mixed together in metal bins on top of the clothing racks: dishes were mixed in with home decor, kids toys next to office supplies. Unless you’re tall it’s kind of hard to reach into the bins to look at items. Overall just a bad design.

Dropped off one box and got yelled at by a female employee for bringing too much stuff. One box. A lady in a sling wearing sunglasses insinuating that I’m ableist. I offered to empty the box for her and she walked away. As if I was supposed to know that people working at goodwill aren’t able to unpack boxes..The man helping me was very kind, however. :)

My dad just passed away, so we donated a lot of his belongings. The man working at the drop off station was very rude with an attitude. My husband asked if he was ok and he said, yeah that's just the way I am and if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else. WHO TALKS LIKE THIS TO PEOPLE??? Never again will I donate to a Goodwill anywhere.

Found bed bugs in the clothes I purchased and they don't take refunds, so because they don't take refunds I'm out money. Dirty don't shop here.
