If I could award this business a half a star, I would. The customer service was disgusting. I did appreciate the greeting upon entry to the establishment but everything after that was poor. All I wanted to do was purchase a computer, a laptop to be specific, for college. Not a big deal, right? Well, I was not greeted when I entered the computer section, that does not bother me. Every business is understaffed, I understand that. And the associate that was already in the computer section was assisting a couple looking to purchase a computer. I made my way around the displays until I had my choices narrowed down to two computers. All I wanted was to ask the difference between the two and have an associate bring the computer out of the back room so I could purchase it. I was waiting patiently for the first associate for probably about ten minutes now. Another customer walks up to a computer display. Instantly a young, male associate greets her and starts helping her. Fine, whatever, that happens. But this male associate continued to fraternize with this young female customer. I left the store, LIVID. I will NEVER return. I took myself and my money, to Office Depot just down the street where I was welcomed and assisted in a PROMPT manner.

Absolutely poor service every time I've been in there. Tried to drop something off with geek squad and they wanted to make an appointment for another day cause they were so busy but zero people at their counter and just in the back laughing and talking. Couldn't even take 5min to take my info to drop something off and told me I needed an appointment for 5mins of their time. This is the reason stores are going out of business

I need a new for my iphone 7 . The listed phone number is no good. If you call (605) 334-0003 you get a recording : " we are currently not taking calls at this time at this location". I went through the useless voice recognition asking for ggek, squad, iphone, battery, phone battery, etc. Finally hit 0 - got a snotty male - He is in Seattle, I am in Sioux Falls. He refused to put me through to the Geek Squad here but was more than willing to make an appointment after a non-refundable $100 deposit even though I have no idea if they have a battery or can change it. Last year when Covid started they closed their doors and took on-line orders only for pick up only. Our dishwasher crapped out - but we were not allowed in the store to see, feel and evaluate the models. We bought an $800 Bosch on sale at a local appliance store. In October our 40 " TV quit - again not allowed in the store so we went to Target - looked at the display models and bought a 4K OLEO LED. in November we bought ourselves each a new latest iPad at the Apple web site. Yesterday I called Citibank Visa and stopped out Best Buy card - unuseable. regards rick C Sioux Falls, SD

Never will I buy anything from Best Buy again. I purchased a tablet cover online, with curbside pickup, and wanted to verify that it would fit my tablet. One question: will this cover fit my tablet? After an hour, and three transfers, I got an affirmative answer. I said that I ought to get a discount for my inconvenience. I was told by Adolfo that I would receive a 15% discount, which would be credited back to my card. It's been a week and no discount. The cover does not fit my tablet. I called to request a refund. I told the young man that I'm in a wheelchair, cannot walk at all, and could I please have the money credited back to my card, and have someone come to my vehicle and pick up the cover. No, I would have to come inside. He would have a member of management call me. This was three days ago. The actual store isn't taking calls at this time. You talk to a call center. I'm not very happy right now.

Walked in ready to buy a dash camera. Was totally ignored by two employees in the aisle. When I asked for assistance one said, "You'll have to wait." Finally was helped by a young man. He used terms like, "Probably," and, "I think." Very unprofessional. I walked out in frustration.

These guys are great. I have been going to them for over 5+ years. Anyone time I have an issue I know exactly where to go. They have always treated me with respect fixed my issues and were more then price competitive. I have had several phones, and iPads fixed and never had one problem. I am a customer for life.James C

I have big issues with this store! I purchased a new iPhone 12 online on November 6. Went to pick it up on November 13.. Because of a late truck issue, the only way I could get my phone that day was to cancel my online order and buy (again) the phone in the store. Not a great option but the ONLY way I could get it on my day off. I was promised that I would receive my refund within 72 hours. 4 days later, still no refund. I tried to call the store and what an incredibly frustrating experience! After being on hold for 30 minutes, I was hung up on. Finally I connected with Best Buy online chat - no help at all. Then I actually spoke with a live customer support person who tells me it can take 10 days to get my refund. Outrageous and there is nothing that I can do except warn others. This is my last Best Buy purchase. Take note of my experience and don't let it happen to you....

Went in to get a price repair to my computer, clearly informed the person what was wrong with supporting details that should have made it clear to a reasonable person that this was the problem and that I wanted a quote on a repair. He proceeded to tell me that, for $100, they would tell me what was wrong with my computer. Thanks for wasting my time.

I ordered a TV from this Best Buy location on the 27 for in store pick-up. Picking up the TV at the store went smoothly and the gentleman that helped me was helpful and polite, so that experience was great. When I took the TV home and began installing it, I realized the box did not have a power cord anywhere. It was already close to 6pm so due to the new store hours I was not able to head back to the store to resolve the issue. When I went back to the store (28), and explained my issue to the customer service worker, he began politely asking if I had looked everywhere for the cord, almost making it seem like I had not done the basic action of looking in the area that I was setting up the TV. He then said that I would need to come back to the store with the TV and they could exchange it which would have been fine but I bought the last one the day prior. He checked the inventory, and realized that I was correct and then said that the next shipment wouldn't be in till the 5th. I explained to him that I didn't want to wait extra days for something that was completely out of my control and he explained that I could just buy a cord. Of course I didn't want to buy a new cord, even despite the low price, because there was supposed to be one in the TV box. I shouldn't have had to pay for a power cord that was originally included in the price of the TV because of manufacture/packing error. Even after purchasing the discounted cord, he made a remark that if I ended up finding the cord that I could return the one I had just bought. Throughout my whole experience, the man helping us was polite and cordial but was not helpful or understanding in anyway and in some ways made it seem like I was making up the issue. I was very surprised and upset about the lack of understanding and will not be shopping at this Best Buy location again.
