It is always a great experience working with Frankman Motors when it comes to sales, scheduled vehicle maintenance and customer service! Most recently my car started making a loud noise. I made an appointment but with a weekend trip planned, I asked Kyle if he could just take a quick look at it to make sure it was safe to drive. He said sure stop by anytime. I walked in at 8 am, he took it for a quick drive, diagnosed the problem and offered to fix it that same day! I was given a loaner car and within a few hours my car was ready and I only had to pay a deductible as I had a warranty purchased through Frankman when I bought my used car there. You made my day and weekend Kyle, thank you!

Personally cannot say anything bad about Frankman Motors. I had heard good things about this dealership so I went to find out myself after looking at their website. I requested a test drive and was promptly reached out to. I talked and met with Tim who was able to walk me through the process of potentially purchasing a vehicle from them. The dealership worked out a great deal with financing and Nate from the dealership went through the paperwork with me. Tim made sure my car was detailed and shined up for me and ready to take home and Nate throughly explained the paperwork. Even though there was a small hiccup with the insurance towards the end of the signing all is well and I am very impressed! Head to Frankman!

I had a great experience with Joe Frankman at Frankman Motors as I was looking for a pre-owned Ranger. Joe was a pleasure to work with and he kept me informed of options and possible other trucks available. I found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I'd go back there again

Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. All made possible through Mike Denbow in sales and Nate Russel in finance.

I will never trade in a vehicle here again. Long story short, I trusted that they had good intentions for me because I purchased a $40,000 car from them a few years ago. Joe Frankman (the same salesman) would not give me more than $5,750 for my Jeep, which Kelly Blue Book valued at a trade-in range of $8,331- $10,322 (Good Condition) and $9,453 – 11,892 (Excellent Condition). I did not do that research and just trusted him; that was my mistake. A few days later, I saw my Jeep listed for sale by them for $14,253 ($8,503 markup).
Let's break down the numbers. I purchased a Chrysler for $17,254 and received a $1000 discount for financing with them at a staggering 9.89%. According to FEDERAL TRUTH-IN-LENDING DISCLOSURES, this interest rate will cost me $3,924.60, bringing the total to $21,377.60, including the discount. Now, subtracting the $5,750 I received for my Jeep, I am left with $15,627.60. In essence, the value of my Jeep was used to cover the interest and a down payment of $1,825.40.
I understand that, like any business, they want to make the most profit, but to this extent? Only a few years ago, I wrote a check for over 40,000 dollars for a different Jeep to the same salesman, Joe Frankman, and this is how I was treated. There was no budge on raising the value of my car (that they are selling for $14,253) or lowering the price of their damaged vehicle. Until they did not deliver on the promise of fully restoring all the scratches on the Chrysler, their manager, Erik, gave me $500.00.
I like the 128k-mile, hail damage (still visible), and scratched-up Chrysler Pacifica. Due to my circumstances, it is what I can afford right now for a family of six. Thank you for that. I mistakenly expected to be treated kindly by the same salesman I treated kindly, and I have not done my research until now. My lesson is just a reminder for other people to do their research before coming to trade their vehicle and never to assume that the salesman who helped you previously will have your best interests.

A very positive experience all around. Mike Denbow was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we never felt pressure. Even after the sale, he has been responsive and helpful. Likewise the service department handled a couple minor issues after the sale quickly and without hesitation. An added bonus is walking the lot and checking out all classic and rare cars.
