They are awful to their employees. Try to force them to push sales with no incentive and insult their employees if they dont make enough sales. Also the manager thinks Uggs are “snowboots” so she clearly knows nothing about her customer base’s fashion in the area. Just a clown show over there.

I love this store! I have only bought one dress from here once, but I don’t shop at the mall very often, but if I’m ever in the mall again, I’ll most likely return here

I shop with Francesca's frequently in store and on line. I spend alot of money at this boutique. I placed an order on line and had trouble with the site. It had ordered 2 pairs of the same earring and I could not get it to delete a pair. I wanted to get my order placed so just submitted it. I received my order and took the second pair of earrings with MY RECEIPT to the store to simply do an even exchange. I was told that I had to mail it back in myself as there was nothing they could do beings I paid with paypal. Are you serious??? What kind of customer service is this?? I was not asking for a refund, just an even exchange! The former manager, Gabby ALWAYS took care of me and would of taken care of her excellent customer this time also!I guess I will have to find somewhere else to shop! This store has no personality since some of the girls left!Your customer service is below standard!
