Worst bank experience ever ! Opened an account with $500 . Weeks later I went to pull it out to buy medicine for my wife ( Cancer ) They wouldn't let me have it . Said they would mail it to me . Life saving medication as I explained to them and they wouldn't let me have MY money to pay for it ! Stay away from these crooks

In this day in age, it's very difficult to find a bank who actually cares about their customers and will be honest with them.Mike has to be the most honest banker in Sioux Falls!He not only does loans but he advises and guides his customers.You may not like what he'll tell you but rest assured, it will be an honest word with your best interest in mind!My experience with First Premier doing business with them and using them for various banking needs has been nothing short of outstanding!They have earned almost all my banking business and having a bank that gets to know you personally but strives to build a lasting relationship is old fashioned banking!Hands down, the best banking institution in the whole state!

ask for them to help for ONE month and might as well make your payment and suffer because they charge a "modification" charge of $43. nobody wants to help. sorry we used this company! Nobody seems to care about anything but getting more money. can't wait until we are finished with this company!

Hi I had a car wreck brain injury and I have 90% swelling. I called to change my address and because I didn't remember the last address totally they wouldn't change my card. They never tired ask me other information or nothing just very rude .I hope they never have to go through a brain injury and get the customer service they just gave me . I never want to do anything with them again.

DON"T DO IT The most unreal experience i've ever had in my life. I kept getting notices that I was approved for a 2nd card (due to good payment history) I accepted the 2nd card as I was going on vacation. I tried to use it once while I was gone and they froze my card due to fraud suspicion. (i was in Miami, not Nigeria) It has been next to impossible to unfreeze my acct. It's been almost a month and I am constantly given the runaround. I'm told different things by different ppl. Some agents are nicer than others. They didn't accept my ID b/c it has a different appt # on it (i changed apts but remained in the same building) I tried send my electric Bill and first they told me it wasn't visible. Then when I submitted a close up they said not they need to send a whole statement. I did I sent the whole thing and they said my address wasn't visible. I resend a close up oh now they need the entire page. Every time you submit anything it takes 5-7 business days. Come on man. This isn't the 80s. I didn't fax in any paper work. I submitted pics right off of the app. It should not take this F$@*ing long. It kills me b/c i needed it on my trip, couldn't use it and now I can't even use it to pay bills that I can't pay liquid b/c I had to use liquid on my vacation. This is like a weird company from the past. Everyone there that I talk to sounds like they are over 50 and in Ohio. The whole experience left me feeling like this was a scam. I only used the card a few times before my trip, it get's frozen with most of my available balance unused and they refuse to verify my identity after sending them ID, W2 and Electric bill. SCAM

I was approved for a card in February paid all of the associated fees around $200 and because I changed the card I use to make the payments they froze my account and I was told by supervisor Tammy that they won't unfreeze my account because I will not send them more information regarding my personal bank account. I would not use their services if I had know they were going to make me jump through so many things just because I wanted to use a different debit card to make my payments.

After making my first payment to the balance on my card it was immediately suspended The reason that my card was suspended was because of the payment I made of suspicion of fraud. Not sure why the payment from my bank to my balance is fraud but months later I'm still sitting here with no available balance I would pass on this credit card customer service is not very good as well.

I recently went to First Premier Bank to get some assistance regarding settling my deceased wife's estate. One of the bank officers there told me I needed to obtain a Small Estate Affidavit, fill it out and bring it back to the bank. She sent me down to the Clerk of Courts office to obtain the affidavit. The Clerk informed me they didn't have them but I needed to print one off the internet. Once I printed out the affidavit I noticed there was a place to list my wife's assets and the value thereof which included the savings account she had with First Premier. So I went back to the bank with the affidavit and explained I need to know how much money was in the account so I could finish the affidavit. One of the rudest people I have ever run across informed me they could not give me that information. I asked him how was I supposed to finish the affidavit if I didn't know the value of the asset? He said I had to go to court and be made the personal representative of the estate. They are wrong on the law. A Small Estate Affidavit is used to avoid probate and it is not necessary to be a personal representative. So now this bank told me to fill out the affidavit but won't tell me the info to finish the affidavit so I can obtain the money in my wife's savings account. This is circular reasoning. He also told me this was a privacy matter. I'd like to know to whom. My deceased wife? Do not deal with this bank. They could not care less about customer service. If I could give this bank negative stars I would.

You are all always good and helpful even if people are a little grumpy you all still try your hardest to make them smile at least I have experienced that! You always give me info I need right away. Have never been disrespected ever. Keep up that amazing job you all! Look forward to banking here for many more years!

Hello, for 3 1/3 years i'v been trying to get rid of a closed account I paid to an agency. not to mention in screaming match they said they can't add it to collections because it's gone. I called the first guy said it never got transferred... the manager said it did. I'v sent in proof over a year ago.. even called yesterday said they can't find it.. still closed.. Never ever use this Financial institution ever.

If I can could give a negative star rating I would. The worst customer service ever!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! They put you account on hold without notice... This is ridiculous. Do not trust this company
