Im really starting to question why i keep you as my bank. You offer nothing to keep me as a customer.Pros- no ATM fees. I use an ATM 4 times a year...maybe, saved me $10Cons- Not open on weekends at all.-No after hours call center, so if you have issues with account or card on a weekend your screwed till monday.-If account goes negative, they dont like to give you a full day to bring account back to positive to avoid overdraft fee.- When card is damaged or chip stops working, you are forced to get a new card number, instead of being able to keep number. So then you have to contact ALL your payments/bills and set up new card.- They used to give free counter checks. Now they charge $2.50 for four checks.-Balance isnt always accurate on app. There are times you make purchases and it doesnt show up on transactions right away. So you look at balance, it says one thing, then a day or two later those charges pop up.-When you write checks, they sometimes take days-week after it was deposited to show up on account.Again...why am i banking with you?

Me and my husband has been going to this bank since 2018. The Dawley Farms team are amazing! Customer service is 11/10!! Customer service is everything for me. I never had a problem unresolved from this bank and they are quick to respond using the app messaging too!

My banker was Nick Hausman. If the excellent customer service had a name, it will be Nick Hausman!. I work with Nick since 2014, and ever since he was knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy banker that always finds solutions to my problems. Thank you, Nick, you really make your bank look better than really is!

I've recently been looking for a place that I could find for communal working environment because I didn't always want to go to a coffee shop or at the library and found that the first Bank & trust location on 57th Street has not only a working area for remote people but also conference room and refreshments. this is an amazing place.

I just want to be very specific, the best part of the establishment is the staff. I've only had good encounters with them. The reason I'm leaving a low rating is due to the neglect of whats easy for the customer when it comes to your business. I might be the only person left in Sioux Falls who might receive a paper check weekly from my place of work, it's important to me (just like everyone else) to get my money in my account at the end of the week. I have bills to pay. Being closed on a Friday when other banks are open is ridiculous to me. There was absolutely no notice of you closing early on Good Friday. People rely on you. I would do mobile deposit but every time I do, it takes days to finally see it in my account. Your mantra is “Bank Easy†and that's the complete opposite of how I feel about First Bank & Trust.
