Worst service ever. Been waiting for a package from Walmart and fedex showed it was delivered. Not to our house though. I drove around the neighborhood looking for it and I found a driver so I stopped him. He didn't deliver in our area but contacted the driver that did. He said he didn't deliver to our address. Obviously, but wouldn't go back to where he left it. Filed a complaint but fedex has been no help at all. Package never did show up and it really disappoints me that the folks that did get it just kept it. Whole thing sucks. You really have no recourse when this happens with fedex. Luckily walmart refunded the product but I will definitely not reorder if it is going to ship with fedex.

Your driver was too lazy to walk an 8oz package to its delivery so it cost me 2 grand in lost wages. Just wondering how I get reimbursement for that

Was at home waiting for package. Didn't knock. So pissed. I've had many many problems with FedEx before. Misdeliveries, we missed you stickers. I once caught them in the act of putting a missed delivery sticker on without knocking and chewed the guy out. I also constantly get neighbors packages left at my door from FedEx.... I just can't understand how they are still in business.

I can't thank BreAnna on taking the time to sort through the Fed Ex Tracking #'s that were assigned to my delivery. I was only given 1 tracking # from Amazon but the shipper assigned multiple ones. BreAnna was in contact to let me know something was sent to a business location and inquired if that was correct, which it was not. She then made sure it came with the rest of the delivery to my home. She was in contact with me through the whole process and even contacted me back to make sure everything was received. Felt she went beyond with following up.

LTL Route Drivers are very Professional & do their jobs 5 Stars....smaller package delivery drivers seem to have a VERY difficult time finding my business address and misdeliver ALOT of small packages to the neighbors addresses even in daylight. More training is needed.

Fed Ex Ground continues to deliver my packages to the wrong house. I have my exact address on the packages, yet they always deliver incorrectly. This is such a pain and I am so disappointed.

Their driver couldn't read house numbers. Delivered package to wrong house. They made no attempt to make it right with me. Was told I would receive updates which I didn't. When I called to ask about package was told it was a lost cause and that I'm out my product and money.

They only care that they got paid, not if your package gets stolen. They left my package by the mail box at my apt. and it was stolen, I called fedex but they did not care!!
