I was very pleased with the staff at FedEx, he was very helpful helping me find a box to fit an odd shaped item I was returning. He was very patient and professionally polite and efficient.

My package was delivered to the wrong acreage again though the numbers are clearly marked on driveway signs. I am hoarse from yelling into the phone at a virtual assistant who won’t let me talk to a live person, no matter which Fed Ex number I call. Luckily I found my package down the road at my neighbors house. Fed Ex gets an F from me for having NO customer support!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICE! My package was supposed to be delivered May 17 and an adult was supposed to be there to sign, obviously they think people don't work or can take the day off just to wait for them. We'll they showed up but didn't leave my package. I received a message saying that it will be at the SiouxFalls FedEx depot at 7 p.m. so I gassed up and drove the 90 Miles to get my package. Website says they close at 8 and I was there at 7 and nobody was there. I wasted my time and money. So overthe weekendi managed my shipping and requested they do not deliver until after 3 p.m. Did they get the message? NOPE! Cuz they were already at my place at 10:20 a.m. My only option is to take work off and wait for these idiits.
