We had used overnight early a.m. shipping. So it was guaranteed prior to 10:30 a.m.. this is not the first time that it changes and ends up being by 7:00 that night because they're busy. So I called on it and found out that I have to submit a request even though she can see it on the screen and knows it was supposed to be early a.m. in order to get money back that's really backwards.

3wks We have been trying to get our package. The Sioux Falls location has terrible customer service and continue to lie every day stating it's on the truck, yet no delivery and no contact. What needs to be done to get our delivery!?!
