I was greeted once I walked in and asked if I needed help. Michael was super friendly and helpful when I checked out and gave me and my fiancé a coupon for his suit. We’ll be back!

Shopping for a cruises. Clerks said hi and that was it. Busy talking to each other and staring at their phones.

Really bad management, no customer service skills what so ever. No "have a good night" or anything. And she was on her phone the whole time in front of customers . Very disappointing.
