Was driving by and saw they had a green, nice, 2010 jeep 2d wrangler Sahara. Stopped in to test drive, and possibly buy, but he had it listed for 16,999. Before I even drove it I researched it a bit, and compared it to other similar similar jeeps in the area, Kelly blue booked the value with all the jeeps info, options, and condition, and it came back as 11,400. I asked the salesman what modifications were done to the vehicle to justify the listed price, (because who wants to overpay?) he said it has a good stereo system, tires, a rare color or whatever, and it's a 1 owner car. We'll umm, in the blue book price, I had already added the additional options, and it came back as 11,400 on the high end in very good condition, so why is it so expensive? He could not tell me anything so he sent me to the owner and disappeared. I asked the owner the same questions, well tried to, but he became very rude and told me it's because he knows how much his cars are worth and he doesn't care what I or the market thinks. He said it's a nice stock jeep, with nothing done to it so it's a blank slate, and had only 1 owner and that's why it's so expensive, then he just continued being rude didn't even want to discuss the price, and made it clear that his vehicles are just apparently worth more then what the market says because he says so. POV I worked for 5 years doing vehicle valuations for insurance companies, it was litteraly my job to value customers cars and find the correct market value! If he would have negotiated we probably could have come up with a fair number and I would have bought it that day, because I REALY liked it, I had already spent 2 weeks looking at other jeeps that I didn't fall in love with right away. Very sad that instead of negotiating with me, and being professional, like any other dealership that I have bought from, he choose to tell me he did not care and basically to leave. And don't go saying you never met me like you do on other negative reviews, it was you my husband and I spoke with, sitting at the cluttered desk with your dirty floor in the building on Minnesota Ave with the new sidewalk poured. And after reading your negative reviews, every word they said about you being rude and condescending is true, I experienced it within the first minute of talking with you when you told me you don't care, you would not even let me finish talking.
Edit** people can just join the group sioux falls rants and raves on FB, there are plenty of complaints, from many other people about the same things I experienced with you. You sir are a liar about how events happen when customers call you out, just search his car lot in the group, or finish reading the other negative Google reviews. He exaggerates and lies about everything the customer said and did, and acts like he was berated and did nothing. By the way, I did happen to buy 2 nicer jeeps for a reasonable price, each as the silver lining in the week.

Encountered two of their guys bringing a car back from the Tea auction. They thought it'd be funny to drive slowly, side by side, and not let anyone pass. When I entered turning lane and honked, they flipped me off.

We purchased a 2007 Prius. By Week #2, it had the check engine light on. Took it to Toyota dealer who replaced gas cap. By 2 months we had it break down on the side of the road. By 3 months another check engine light comes on. An additional $5000 in just 3 months. Buyer Beware!

Recommended beyond belief! I'm still in awe after my entire experience with Mike and the team. They had what I wanted, when I needed it, & within my price range! Mike made an awesome deal and he knew we spent all our savings on this vehicle. He went out of his way to make sure we walked away with a quality car for an unbeatable price! He treated us like family from the get go. I even cried I was soooo happy! It wasn't just a good car I was seeking, it was the experience all together. This had to be my BEST car buying experience EVER! THANK YOU MIKE! STRONGLY RECOMMEND! I could go on and on about how stellarly satisfied I was with my experience and our new car! I know where to go when I'm in the market again!

took my mom to the lot to look at her dream car that is hard to find and they just happened to have one , we were there twice on two different days because they were getting a delivery so we could understand that they might have not seen or had a free second but the second time a few days later they never came out and there was nothing going on this time and with my mom being around for car dealerships actually doing the leg work she held on to her cash for someone who wanted to earn the same and not have it handed to them.

This place and the people in it are fantastic. Got a new car with them and unfortunately, 10 days later I had an issue with the alternator. This is in no way an issue anyone could’ve predicted when I drove the car off the lot, completely unexpected. Then, I called Mike and updated him on the situation and he and his team ended up fixing my car and doing a great job of it. Overall, presentation is great, selection of cars is awesome, the whole team is helpful as well as well-spirited, and the purchasing experience as well as service for the vehicles is exceptional. Empire Auto Sales deserves all the accolades in the region!
