“I haven't set foot in a Verizon store in over 10 years, but last night (1/11/24) a Google update bricked my Pixel phone. I drove to the nearest Verizon store for some emergency help, and the gentleman there was a rockstar. Helpful. Patient. Pulled out his bag of tricks and got the phone working again. “We had a excellent experience yesterday at Best Buy. We were looking for a specific cable at other stores with no success until we stopped at Best Buy in Sioux Falls. We asked for assistance and all the BB associates were gracious and tried to help us. They led us to another associate, Deli, who pinpointed exactly what we needed. Deli is very customer service focused, knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure interacting with him. Next time we'll cut out trying other stores and go straight to Best Buy.”

4007 W 41st St, Sioux Falls“Came into Verizon huffy and puffy because of my previous phone provider and there lack of help (at&t) I had three lines (2 phones, one watch) paying closer to $300 dollars a month. Had called at&t for help they didn't want to help so I said cool I'm going with Verizon, dead silent on the phone and at&t store.Came to Verizon at 6:59pm and it was packed, didn't think I'd get help. But after 5 minutes Justin called my name. I told him I'm with at&t and having issues. He offered to help.I wanted a phone, a tablet, and a watch (something I was trying to do at at&t) he got me approved had everything in stock, and was getting everything set up.8pm the store was closing, Justin and Tom worked for another 30 minutes to get everything working correctly.Justin and Tom, you are amazing, you got great customer service, and great heads on your shoulders. We need more people like you”

We were late getting off of work so we didn't get to the store until 5:55pm and the store closed at 6pm! Anyway the computer crashed and the order wasn't going through but Anthony, the best employee of all time ,stayed an extra hour after closing to make sure we were all good! Best service I've had a a phone place ever!”
“I came in with a screen issue on my laptop they then shipped it to the service center service center said that they fixed it but then I was informed by Eric Rice that they unfortunately did not fix the issue. He then told me he will give me a full refund on the laptop so I can use it to buy a new one. Eric Rice, apologize about the whole situation, but I know it wasn’t his fault at all. Eric rice was good to me the whole time and was sorry that it happened.”
