This store location is frequently closed during mall hours. Was closed in the middle of the day on a Saturday. Frequently closed in the evenings. The one time they were open, the store stock is super limited and I ended up buying online.

You should never shop on the Eddie Bauer.com website. Ordered an item, did not show up for a month, then they canceled my order without saying anything. A normal site would have known the item was out of stock and would have tried to fix it. Customer service could not do anything to make the situation better. I was told to place another order on the website.Worst website I have tried to buy from this year.

There were 3 shoppers and 3 employees in the store. 2 employees stood off to the side of the register whispering and staring around the store. While the other folded unwanted items. I said hello while looking and got a head nod from one. Otherwise not a single person said a word. Nice cloths but they need to work on customer service as were aren't shopping online? Couldn't find what I was looking for and no one seemed willing to help so moved on to the next store.

Not much in stock for sizes but chain supply has been bad and only going to get worse. Hope it's better by next year.

Really like some of their designs but not going to pay $80 for a pair of shorts that I can get almost the same thing for $25 somewhere else.
