Scott was great for providing initial information and getting us scheduled with grooming. The groomers were all nice and provided the best care for my 12 week old golden doodle! My puppy had a positive experience and came out with confidence!

I love coming here to wash my dog! Their cleaning booth is large and spacious, which Is great for bigger dogs. Anything you need is provided for your convenience. The staff is well informed on their products and are able to answer any questions that might arise.

Nice store with self-washing stations and also appointments for grooming. Small selection of other pet products but they all seemed good quality.

We are new to EarthWise. We went first without our dog to get an idea of the store and make a grooming appointment. We went back later to use the dog wash station. Both times all staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful with tours and helping us get started. We will be frequent customers!

Although disheartened by the wait-list for grooming services, after reading reviews, talking w/ friends who'd brought their pups here, and speaking directly w/ the staff, I knew the wait would be worth it. Was it ever! ☺️ Our American Cocker went in ratty and overgrown but came out looking like a million bucks. She even ACTS like a whole new pup, she's so happy. Anna had no problem using the special pet shampoo I brought and despite some setbacks with my anxiety-prone girl, obviously had enough patience w/ her that when we picked her up, she was still giving Anna kisses. I was shocked at how low their prices were compared to pretty much every other place I'd checked into. Even with as much work as my babe needed, which I thought for sure would skyrocket the price, the total bill was crazy low. EarthWise definitely has lifer customers in us now. I 100% recommend them not just for their insanely low prices but because their groomers work there for the love of the job and NOT just a paycheck. I saw multiple breeds come out of grooming and every one of them looked spectacular. The wait for new customers is long -- but absolutely worth it.

Had a great experience with Sara our groomer, little Stella's first time. She was very understanding with her and her crying.
Front desk guy what a breath of fresh air. He really enjoys his job and people.

Today was our first trip for Daisy 5mo old Golden. Daisy had her nails trimmed and we used the self service bathing it was a fantastic experience. We will be back. We loved all of the retail offerings, cleanliness and the staff were all so understanding and sweet with our overly friendly pup. Well done

I came in for a bath for my goldendoodle and the staff were very welcoming and prompt to get a tub set up for me. The facilities were clean and easy to use. They provide plenty of towels and shampoo options as well as some grooming tools to make the process easier. I will definitely be back for baths and snacks for my pup in the future!

This was my first time at EarthWise, and it was great! The staff was nice and accommodating. They educated me on the rewards program. I highly recommend this pet store in Sioux Falls. The product is of higher quality.

Took our lab in for a DIY bath, and nail trim the other day. I got there a bit early before they were open. The manager/owner opened the door to let me know they didn't open until 10am (9am Saturdays-my bad). I asked if I could just leave her for a nail trim since the groomers were there, and said I could come back at 10am to give her the bath when they opened. He said "nope, not until 10am". I waited 25 minutes outside (He saw me waiting). Went inside at 10am only for the manager/owner guy to tell me the nail trim wouldn't be available until after 11 or 12. So knowing a bath only takes about 20 minutes, why wouldn't he tell me that at 9:30 when he spoke to me at the door? I'd have waited to do both tasks after 11 or 12. Why would I wait around for a possible 2+ hours after bathing my girl, for a nail trim? We've been regular customers for several years. He knows us and knows we come in for a quick nail trim at bath time. They've always taken us as a walk-in. I can understand if they were busy and couldn't work us in like they usually do. But again, why not tell me that at 9:30 when we spoke at the door? This was very poor customer service imo, which I've noticed has been declining at this store. Just rude and unhappy, except for one employee I've enjoyed visiting with before. Probably not there anymore because he was too cheerful with customers. LOL This was the last straw. On a positive note...we found a great place we will be going to from now on. Bye bye Earthwise And their bathtubs are not well cared for anymore. I noticed the Gunky buildup was way worse than before and hair everywhere. I decided to just walk out without giving her a bath after seeing that. The water is always barely lukewarm and the dryers are junk also. Kinda glad this happened, since it lead us to our new doggy spa place.

Groomer was the sweetest and was very informing during pick up time. My pups looked so perfect. Thank you Jamie for everything today! We definitely we will be coming back each time for grooming.
