Just received my new GE washer and dryer. Delivery and service up by Dugans was a breeze. They hauled away the old ones. They went through the set up step by step and answered all my questions. Very polite and cleaned up after they were done.

The team at Dugan represents the epitome of what you get shopping locally instead of at a box store. We had to replace our old washer and I was grateful to have a salesperson who listened to my particular requests and who had the knowledge to get me the product best for my needs and budget.The delivery crew, though, was above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Not only did they deliver our new washer and haul away the old one, but they also identified issues with our dryer (that we purchased and had installed by a box store) and resolved those issues for us. Les went through extra work to make sure the washer install was the best it could be in our old historic home. We are so grateful for the Dugan team!

One of the worst experiences of my time here in South dakota. My wife and I were looking for a extra refrigerator for the gargage and we thought buy local boy what a mistake. We go in meet Joe sanford easiest sale ever that's where the trouble begins. He takes the information down so we thought takes the credit card charges it says the delivery guy will call us in a day to make arrangements for delivery. A week goes by crickets my wife calls seems joe took the wrong number down? They say we will have to wait a week wait what another week because you make a mistake. Two days later get the refrigerator which of course we were charged for. A month goes by I buy 250 dollars worth of meat from Costco put it in brand new refrigerator freezer park a week later I smell something the freezer doesn't work everything is ruined. We call again they do not communicate with you at all they say they will send a repair man out and nobody shows up. I finally had it with this awful company and told them to pick it up and give my money back which they did only because my wife gave a scathing review. They didn't care that we were upset and hurt and out 250 dollars they were worried about the review that's what your dealing with here. They will give any excuse to not fix the problem. They owe me 250 dollars and the delivery charge. If you are looking for a appliance DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself alot of heartache and disrespect and go anywhere but here. If I could give it 0 stars I would. You have been warned here I am 2 weeks later you think I heard from these useless people asking me what can I do to make it right? No so again DO NOT GO HERE they don't care one iota about CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great service from the time we walked into the store to when the delivery truck left after dropping off our appliances. Joe was great at explaining our different options when we were choosing our appliances. Les and Zak were very efficient when delivering our appliances. Les did a great job explaining how to use our new oven and microwave. He gave great tips on how to properly care for the items. My advice is to give Dugan Sales & Service a look before you go any anywhere else.
