Was tryna shop like a normal customer but kept getting kicked out by the bigger guy with a beard saying he doesn’t want me in the store here anymore. sure yeah maybe I was being a bit annoying for coming in and out but I was jus tryna admire this phone case I liked and kept on thinking weather or not to buy it, mind you I only walked in TWICE but yet got yelled at to leave. They also give me the creeps lowkey.

This place is horrible. I bought a phone case for $40.00 and after purchase informed him that the buttons did not line up properly. The volume down button actually caused the phones power button to be pressed. He offered for me to come back in 3 to 4 weeks when a new shipment would be in, but never ordered any new cases. He offered me store credit, to purchase more stuff that wouldn't fit my phone. He said that nobody else complained so he wouldn't take the faulty merchandise off the shelf. ALL of the cases for the A71 did not fit properly. I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service and his inability to make it right with either a refund or an exchange for a product that would work.UPDATE March 7th, 2021. I came back to the kiosk and spoke with the same gentleman that I had before. he had done his due diligence and contacted several distributors and notified them of the air with the phone case dimensions with regards to the buttons. the distributors and manufacturers of the phone cases more of no assistance to him and after he and I did a little digging on the internet we discovered that the a71 UW version of this phone is literally the only model of the phone that is a fraction of an inch bigger than every single other model of the a71 phone. He again contacted the distributor and notified them of the difference in phone dimensions for this one single model of a 71 and found a case that distributor assured him would fit this particular model of A71 phone. My new phone case is due to be in the store in 10 days and he took down my information to set that case aside specifically for me. At the end of all of this although it was very frustrating of a process, it really was not his fault and he went above and beyond even my strict expectations of customer service. In the end although there was a mistake that was made, it was not his fault, and he made every reasonable effort to make it right and in the end had he not been able to make it right with a phone case that worked I would have been eligible for a refund. Yes, this took some time, but the end result was satisfying enough for me to definitely be a return customer. Hence the need for the update.

I was told if I didnt like my charger I could bring it back so I did because it wasnt the right size and he just laughed and said but you wanted that. He looks to the older guy and the older guy said to give me my money back. I will NEVER come back... creepy vibes

Sometime when I go to the mall, the workers are very creepy. They stare and check teen girls out. One time one of them said something about getting my friends number and he was about 25, they shouldn't be working in the mall.

I purchased a phone cover from this business less than 2 months ago and a huge piece cracked off it. I had my receipt and took it back today to see if they would give me some credit towards a new cover....I didn't expect them to replace te cover BUT to STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!! The gentleman flat out told me NO!!!!! I said ok...I will never purchase from you again.....over priced and cheap quality product!!!! If that is what you are looking for then by all means buy your product here...they won't let you down! I went to Verizon Wireless and purchased a better quality product for half the price!!! I gave one star because I couldn't give them zero stars or I definitely would have!!!!
