I was so intimidated and frustrated trying to fix my furnace. At the advice of family, I took my pieces into Dey. Jennifer knew exactly what I needed and provided tips and tricks. I ended up needing another part (which Jennifer warned might be the issue) and she promptly and professionally helped me find that one too. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for any appliance needs. At this point, even just to see if there is anything they can’t do (I’m convinced there’s not!). You just don’t find service like that anymore.

I bought a whirlpool starter button to fix my dryer. I had it on for 5 minutes. It didn’t fix the issue. I brought it back to return it and they don’t take open packages. No one ever told me. When I brought it back they just point led to signs that say they don’t return open packages. Worst business in Sioux Falls hands down.

Visited trying to see if stocked refrigerator shelf retaining bar for cold spot refrigerator parts counter had difficulty finding part even though I had fridge model number eventual part found was xalled a door trim piece and did appear to be the shelf stay or retaining bar. Bars I am trying to replace are plastic bar found appears to be aluminum

I made a stop here after I called ahead to make sure open because of holiday. Jenifer answered phone and was pleasant and got me to Tim and he knew what I was asking for when I mentioned it. I had been looking most of the day without success until now. 15 minutes later I was there and this is a busy place! I had bought here before and had no issues but didn't know they carried fireplace parts. Tim had the main part I asked for in stock and ordered the other for me. Tim treated me great on pricing and I am a very happy customer and will return. These guys handle a lot of parts for appliances and things you use each day in your household so do hesitate to call on this great team !!

Horrible customer service. Woman at counter was very unfriendly did not want to help us and was very obvious about it. Walked out without the parts I needed and will never go back

Called them to see if they had a part for my dryer. They said they had one. I was at work and my sister had the day off so she made the hour and a half drive to go pick it up. She got there and was told they didn't have it and she explained that we were told they had it waiting for her. The customer service lady was very rude to me on the phone and to my sister. Do not recommend at all.

Excellent customer service over the phone! They were able to locate my part number over the phone and verify part in stock before I drove to them. Was a Saturday and they were closing at noon, I was unsure about making it there before closing, they were willing to stay open later for me. The part was less expensive than the part I found online. Very friendly and professional staff!

I called asked them if they had a specific part they had 1 on-hand I told them I’d be there right away if they could pull it with my name on u I t. Got there they had just sold it. Rude. Overpriced anyways. Ordered online. Won’t be going back!

They have repair supplies for most any appliances. The only disadvantages are prices can be four times online. The advantage is you can pick up quickly. They do not accept returns so be careful. It is a warehouse so it is not a retail outlet although anyone can purchase there.

This place is Great! Awesome place to get parts and tools for appliances. They have awesome customer service and competitive pricing. I definitely recommend them!
