So my husband, Todd and I first visited DeWitt Designs studio in Sioux Falls about 14-15 years ago and we bought some "REALLY NICE" couches you know the high quality kind you hope to keep as your forever couches? These couches had best high quality brown leather I'd ever seen with curved edges, super comfy, solid craftsmanship (kind of spendy but worth it) You dream of having them forever! Well, our dogs were jumping around on them, and since the leather had thinned a bit, wear n tear and lots of sunshine in 15 years made for a little bit of dry leather. Then my 4 legged fur babies poked holes in some of the cushions with their nails it really looked tacky. So I called Dewitt designs and spoke with Jim, he said I could get the cushion covers replaced!!! I was ecstatic because these are our forever couches. You know something really nice you want to hand down to family member. Well, the whole process took three or four weeks, and Jim was so pleasant and so helpful. We first wanted to make sure the leather matched the original couches color/texture so he sent me samples then I got the final product. Here's a picture of the finished product. I am so pleased with the customer service and quality of DeWitt Designs I highly recommend them!!!

Sarah is very rude. Talks down to people while questioning their intelligence. She might be great at her job but if you have to talk to her, you'll want to go elsewhere. Unsure how her staff deals with her arrogant, demeaning communication style.

These people never tip their drivers. Cheap skates, which is rude. At least they're consistent. Its not about the money but the lack of appreciation they show. They will do whatever it takes to avoid paying a measly 2 bucks for a tip when they get food delivered.

We've had extremely good service & high quality merchandise shopping at DeWitts over many years. We were offered guidance & ideas, followed by orders being placed. Once the furniture arrived, it was promptly delivered & arranged per the design plan. The staff was easy to work - all of them. Follow up questions that we had were promptly addressed. Can't say enough about the high quality of their furniture, rugs & lamps.

I purchased many items at DeWitt's Designs. Furniture from the floor, special order pieces, three sets of custom made curtains, etc. The end result left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of. Please be more careful than I was.
