I had the best customer service ever at this place. We were recommended another place in sioux falls and the staff seemed annoyed to assist and they weren't busy. At Dakota sports I got great advice on different ways of measuring length needed, drop weight, how to tell if bat is too heavy. The staff member played baseball and pitched to my son, we showed up 15 min prior to close. I will never shop anywhere else for a bat. The help and advice was extremely appreciated!!

We always go to Dakota Sports for placing orders for team gear. I consistently work with Marc to get a design put together, and he always does fantastic work!! Great customer service!!

What a great place for baseball and softball gear!! Very reasonable prices. Great selection for the casual players, as well as the more competitive ones. Was able to round out both mine and my daughter's needs for the upcoming season

Always appreciate Dakota Sports when I need an item or a specialty order. Today I made a purchase on an expensive item, I was very happy with the product but I found out I got the wrong one. I went back to the store to return it and get a refund, they were very friendly and accommodating, I really appreciated that.

We went there for Disc Golf purposes, and they didn’t have what we were looking for, but they were very willing to help us find a place in town that had what we were looking for. It’s a level of customer service that you don’t often find. Thanks!

Fairly friendly but the length of my visit and whether I got the item I ordered depended on who was working. Also they'll sell you sanitizer but no one is wearing a mask in a room full of 100% cotton fabric.

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with a messed up order from five months ago with little to no follow up after multiple attempts on my end. Very frustrating to continuously call and leave messages not to be called back or have the issue solved.

I was referred to Dakota Lettering by a friend for a company project and am so glad I called them. Curt helped me through the entire process of laying out my complicated design and choosing a shirt that was the right color and so incredibly soft that it wouldn't irritate healing surgical scars. He took the time and care to ensure our shirt and hats were exactly what we wanted! I have since recommended them to family and friends. They work quickly and are very reasonably priced!
