Poor customer service and policies. Denied me opening an account because I am a resident at a re-entry center even though I own property and had an account with them in the past. Find a better bank

Go elsewhere. Dacotah Bank could care less about their customers.

Terrible bank and customer service. Opened an account a month ago and still haven't received my debit card. When I call the response is always the same, "I don't know what happened." I moved out of the area so I can't go to a branch and withdraw or access my funds. Just Terrible service!
