Buyer Beware!
Been a crickett customer for years. Cheap phone service. Good value.
Purchased an upgrade on May 12th. Had to purchase 2 accessories to get the best price on phone. Happy with the phone. Went to charge my phone with my “new” car charger on May 21st. Did not work. Went back to store on the May 21st, told me had a 7 day return policy on accessories could not help me. ☹️
Also young toddler in the store with toys on the show room floor, almost tripped on one. Not the most professional business I’ve experienced.

One guy and one girl the girl was hungover couldn't do much the guy was helping several customers at the same time great customer service for him.. one thing I don't like is being told I have to buy a accessory in order to buy the phone

Asked my dad to buy a new phone as a gift for my aunt. When he came to this location he was told that in order to buy the phone for the price advertised literally everywhere he had to buy close to $70 worth of accessories. When he called me and told me about this (after he bought it), I asked him to go back and return the accessories, as he did not need to buy them there. But they told him that he could return only the phone, even though everything is still new and unopened, as the accessories were "final sale". So this place first of all committed false advertisement, then never informed my dad that the accessories were "final sale". If I could give them 0 stars, I would!Please stay away from this location.

The manager screw my Gmail account and I told her that I need both of them and she was to busy talking and she never listen to me and I think people who goes to the ten street creckit company and they need to watch out when they go there and make sure she doesn't talk to anyone and she needs to payation to the customer and service them better because they can do a better job of taking care of the customer
