I stood waiting for almost a half hour while the clerk (female) chatted with her friends while doing their purchase which dragged out the process. One the friends had her baby crawling on the floor all over the store as well as back into the office area behind the desk unchecked & I wasn't acknowledged ONCE until I walked out & made a phone call. Only when I came back in did I even receive so much as a look.

Works with Tabitha and switch my phone over from straight talk which was not a very good experience but I'm glad I got a new service and Tabitha helped us with adding a number to a friend's plan and it went as smooth as butter looking forward to many years of service
