“Very helpful and friendly when I showed up. They informed me they no longer take donations and directed me to a place that I could. (St. Vincent's Depaw on Cliff and 6th and to go to the back of the building where their recieving center is located.) Thank you!!”

“A couple years ago, I thought our downtown (Fargo) had more to offer than downtown Sioux Falls. But I was in downtown Sioux Falls a couple weeks ago and my goodness, it is amazing! Lots of fun stores, restaurants, and an amphitheater, which was crowded with people listening to music. The atmosphere, art, and cleanliness of your downtown is second to none! I especially like the art installations you have around downtown that have not been vandalized in any way. And your sidewalks are so clean! Great job, Sioux Falls!”

“My family recently celebrated my father’s 90th birthday here. We have 48 in the family and all grew up learning to shoot and most married those who also enjoy the sport and hunting. The family members enjoyed great food, the fun game area for all the young ones and definitely the shooting range. This facility is amazing and everyone working there was so very friendly and accommodating. Love to support our veterans!”

“I think this would be best for older kids for the butterfly house. I took 3 kiddos 5 and under. My 5 and 3 year old were scared of the butterflies that they would land on them. All of my kids enjoyed the aquarium which had a nice variety. All in all we only spent 45mins here. However, I did see some older kids in the butterfly house that looked like they were having a great time. The worker had given them a necterflower they could bring around and they loved it. So overall I think a great place. A little spendy for the 53 we spent to enter and only spent 45mins. But that's also our family's experience. I do think this is an amazing place to have in sioux falls and the gift shop was reasonably priced and not super inflated like you tend to see.”

“A wide selection of items. New, used, and vintage. But sometimes the prices for items are unrealistic. For a few more dollars, I could buy a new brand new T-shirt at Walmart rather than a used one at Goodwill. Overall, a good shopping experience.”

“For foster families, this is an amazing resource. We have had wonderful experiences using the Foster Closet. They have a large variety of clothing and accessories. We have been able to get new placement bags and items as they need them. We can also donate back the items that still have life in them so another child can use it.”

“At St Vincent DePaul , you can find much better bargains and bigger discounts than Goodwill. Parking here is limited so you may have to park on the street, or in the back parking lot, and walk around. They have feature colored tags every week that are either 50 or 75% off which offer a huge savings off already low prices.”

“Honestly had a domestic situation with a friend that we decided to get together again tried 3 or 4 times and this time around he was very aggressive and mentally hurtful. I chose to not have that in my life been thro it before. This place is good on helping individuals with help we need to grow or stable our lives.”

“I went to a train show and expo here. I loved the high ceiling, and all the flags, the building was as fun to look at as all the trains. The concession stand was accessible and satisfying. It felt spacious.”

“A charity in the truest sense of the word. These people care about what will be good for the recipient. The whole program is set up to make the most positive experience possible happen for kids in terrible health situations. I mean, have you ever had a TSA agent go WITH you through the security process? That may not happen all the time, but it's an example of the type of assistance they can sometimes arrange.”
