Masters of misdirection. Really good at schmoozing when they've messed up or lost your order, which happens waaaaay more than you might think. Good at pretending like they know what they're talking about too. Double check anything they tell you about taking care of your water. More than likely, it's wrong and they're just reading off a sheet that they have no idea how to interpret. Good at faking it though. Super convincing. A lot of these reviews come from employees, family, and friends. Beware. Chemicals are waaaaaay cheaper on Amazon too!

Combined has a huge assortment of patio furniture! Lots of different styles and colors to choose from. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable! It’s a great place to shop.

Tyrel and team were fantastic to work with. When preplanning our project, Tyrel worked to accommodate our wishes and it was so easy to see what the final product would look like using the technology that he did. His crew was always very kind and the end product was amazing and better than we ever thought possible!

I had done some research on hottubs before going to Combined Pools but was overwhelmed with choosing one. Meeting Jacque at the store was just what we needed to help us with our decision on hot tubs. Her energetic attitude and patience with us was what sold us on the buying experience. Jacque was extremely knowledgeable on all types of hot tubs and products used with hot tubs. I had so many questions that she answered and made us feel more confident in buying a hot tub.

I highly recommend Tyrell and his staff for all your pool/hot tub/outdoor needs. Tyrell responded promptly to all of our questions and even stopped over a few times to explain things in person. We love our pool and appreciate all you have done for us! Kudos to Tyrell and staff!

Jeff and the crew at combined have always been top notch. I've bought several things from them over the years most recently the ideal cold plunge. I've been using it for the past two weeks and my sleep has improved dramatically. I would recommend combined pool and spa to anyone. Service after the sale has always been great. Rich, my salesman, answered so many questions and found the hot tub that works best for us! He is awesome and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are happy! No high pressure. My experiences have always been positive at CP&S. Knowledgeable staff. High quality products. The prices aren't cheap but if you want a $200 firetable or $800 patio set go to Costco. You'll be going back in two seasons. CP&S products are made to last.
