I have been into Coins & Collectibles in the Empire Mall on a few occasions recently. The owner has been wonderful to me. I trust him with his fairness. He even greets me by name when I walk in. To me, that's great customer service!

Went in to sell some morgan dollars which were uncirculated, and was told they would give me just the silver value. If they didn't want to coin they could have just said they would pass instead of giving a ridiculous low ball offer.

Sent my son in there to see about a coin bracelet that I have so that we could get more info on it. He said that the guy he spoke with was very arrogant, cocky, and rude. My son said that he acted like he was better than him. I will NEVER do business here. VERY unprofessional to treat people that way. That would explain the reason why every time I go to the mall they have NO customers. Karma will catch up to people like that. Zero out of 5 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is a very Disgusting reply by yhe business. Not professional and should be shut down. People get canceled these days for less. We are sorry about your experience, Jason. Our business is a special kind of business in the way that it’s build in trust. If we have never or infrequently seen you at our shop, we don’t know where you have acquired your items. We are not required to buy everything that is brought to us. We also consider the marketability.

New to the industry. I have been buying online and just started. This was my first shop to enter and it was å terrible experience. The person there went off on me and my friend after he knew I bought my gold and silver online, because i should “build a relationship with the shopowner instead of buying online and selling when I need to.” I dont think emotions should be involved at all. Ended up leaving without looking at anything. Very unprofessional!

I’ve collected coins most of my life and have been to several coin shops. I took my mom into this shop and the guy literally told me I wasn’t a regular customer and he wasn’t interested in buying anything from me because I didn’t buy it from him. Rude and made you feel unwelcome. I don’t know how someone like that stays in business?
