The young man working the car wash did a great job making sure all my bugs were off the front end and windshield before I went through the wash. I always love how my SUV looks inside and out after gettingit cleaned here.

I bought my son a gift certificate for his Bday to have his car detailed.
I am so very disappointed that his paint was damaged in the process. They have denied the damage and essentially told his fiancé that it is their word against hers and my sons. My son worked and saved for this car that he loves. I am so sad that I bought this gift certificate for him thinking it was gonna be such a great gift and now my heart is broken.
Just be honest Craig. It’s ok to make mistakes. But it’s not ok to be so intentionally cruel.

Damaged my paint, and refused to take responsibility. Talked to the owner, and he said it was his word against mine. He even showed me the video of the car going into the garage and NO SCRATHES!

We had to go through 2 times and it still was half assed as hell. First time they didn’t wipe the seats or the dash, still sandy carpets and theres still grass in the back 2nd time too. We do a lot of camping but it wasn’t horrific since we have weathertechs. Just dusty and grassy. They hosed our floor mats, put them back in sopping wet and muddy on the bottom. They literally made it dirtier and now I have to spend time to scrub the mud off the floorboard fabric. images show the mat flipped over.

You basically are not guaranteed a clean car unless you pay for their most expensive detailing option. There was some confusion when I took my car there with a mess from a food accident, I was told it would be taken care of over the phone, when I got there I was told they could clean it no problem. The area that needed cleaning was specifically the dash in front of the driver seat and driver seat area/floorboard. Unfortunately, the only thing that was clean was the seat, which, with a $60 shampoo fee for one seat I would hope it’s clean. After looking at the car when I got home, upon close inspection I saw that there was still spots from the food everywhere. Specifically the gas and brake pedal area. I was then told that I essentially didn’t spend enough money for them to completely clean that area and that the detail I bought only lasted 15 minutes of cleaning. Which I watched the second time they detailed, majority of that time was spent detailing the rest of the car, (that had already been detailed the first time I brought it there.) Very disappointed as with the money I spent at that place with a wash and detail, I would’ve been able to buy my own shampoo vacuum and done it myself. $122 dollars spent and the car was not cleaned as I was told. If there was a zero star option that would be my review.

I had weeks worth of baked on grasshoppers in my grill. The two young men worked extremely hard to get the bugs off. I was so impressed. I will definitely stop it again. Hopefully before they get as bad as they did this time. Totally worth the money!
