When I went to see Moana 2 the theater I was in was freezing cold.
When I went to see Mufasa: the Lion King with my family I had the absolute worst theater experience. I anticipated this movie for months. The showing we planned to see was scheduled for 3:50. When we went to sit down nothing was on the screen. Typically I am late to movies so I assumed it was because we were early. 3:50 hit and nothing was on the screen…we waited 5 minutes before questioning why nothing was on the screen. At 3:58 I went looking for an employee and asked why there was nothing on the screen. About 2 minutes later the commercials started. We proceeded to watch commercials upon commercials. Most played numerous times. Old navys commercials played 7 times. At 4:35 we still hadn’t see our first movie preview. I went out to get another beverage and asked how long we were going to be watching commercials, the gentleman said commercials take the first 26 minutes. I told him we were nearing an hour and that the theater was freezing cold. On my way back to the theater there were two employees talking about the situation. One employee said “its there fault they stood in there and didn't say anything for how long.” The movie hadn’t even started and it was ruined for me. I anticipated this movie for months. The movie finally started shortly after 4:50. It seemed rather abrupt of a start as we only got 3 movie previews and they never went through the “silence our phone” or “put your 3-d glasses on”. It just cut and the movie started. The theater stayed freezing cold through the whole movie. Needless to say the movie was great but was ruined because the experience was so negative. Waste of our time and money.
Edit 1: reached out to the number below to provide more context to their customer service. They said that the location would reach out with a resolution….they never did.

There were SO MANY PEOPLE they didn’t give us the wicked limited edition cup even though we bought a wicked slushee, and they had the cups, and the green slushee was brocken the seats we got were SO TERRIBLE,

I WENT TO SEE A MOVIE AT 11PM THE TICKET MACHINE WAS OUT OF STOCK. I BOUGHT IT IN THE DRINK AREA. THE EMPLOYEES WERE SUPER RUDE AND I COULD NOT SEE HOW BIG MY SODA WAS. MY SODA WAS WARM WITH NO ICE AND THERE WAS NO POP CORN. THE ROOM ONE OF THE SEATS WAS BROKEN AND IT JUST SAID UNAVAILABLE INSTEAD OF TELLING YOU OUT OF SERVICE. THE BAD SMELL IN THE SEATS WAS UNPLEASANT

We went on Christmas Eve to the 3:50 3D Mufasa showing with family. We sat down and we're waiting for the commercials to start. It was close to 4:00 and we hadn't even started commercials. One of the family members went to go tell someone working and also asked if they could turn the heat up as it was freezing in the theater they said they would look into it. A family member went to get a pop and heard to of the theater staff members say that well that wasn't there fault we were idiots looking at a black screen. Really. The heat never got turned up and the previews glitched as well. This is the worst experience I have ever had and have been to this theater a lot. Very disappointed. Everyone that went to that movie should have gotten some kind of compensation not to mention there was no one working there over the age of 18.

We went to the movie at 4pm and nobody was at the front desk to get our tickets. The drinks were water down and the popcorn was stale. The seats had a smell to them, made me sick.

Came to see The Lion King… didn’t get to see much of the movie. Eight kids in the row in front of us (between ages 16-18) kept getting up and standing in the way of the screen for minutes at a time, baling and passing around shots of alcohol between each other, and talking extremely too loud. Had to leave less than half way through the movie because that’s absolutely ridiculous.
