“It is SO nice to find affordable kids clothing/toys at a great cost! I will always come here before going somewhere else to buy clothes for my kids. With such a huge selection of toys and clothes I was probably there for over an hour just browsing at everything they had! I ended up spending only $40 or so on 2 large handfuls of clothes and toys for my 9 month old. If I got the same amount of clothes at Walmart it for sure would have cost me well over $150 or more. Will 100% be going back if I'm ever in Sioux Falls and in need of more stuff for my little ones!”

“Why I gave it 4 stars is because of the checkout is in the middle of the store. We had no idea. 1st time in JC Penny's in 4 years. It took us forever to find the checkout. No staff on the floor to ask. The store is to big one area for a checkout.”

“Very helpful staff. I was in there purchasing PJs for my nieces and I witnessed a very rude customer, she was talking down to the gal helping her. The employee handled it like a champ. I'm not sure if I was told rudely "well you haven't tried, give it a ol college try" that I would be able to gracefully handle it like the gal had. That employee should definitely get some recognition.”
